I have used different techniques to do better digital art. many artists do it in different ways. One thing they noticed was that many of them worked using multiple layers.
I know this is a very useful and easy way but I can't do work using too many layers. I finish my work using two to three layers.

Wow. I love the result, especially how you achieve the details with the sensation of a thick flat brush. I consider that, with painting, it's better to stick to a couple of layers. It's painting, after all.
