This drawing is a visual metaphor for the process of falling in love. The flowers represent the prelude.
This thing called love ....If the humanity would have thrown a penny each time they debated the matters of love, we would have all been filthy rich by now. The most interesting part in love is the beginning, the courtship phase. Isn’t it delightful how most people try to put their best foot forward?
I see this love prelude as the blossom of flowers. A flower can bloom if there is the nurturing sun above her. It’s quite the same in the love prelude: two people can open themselves up and bloom inside a beautiful relationship if there is the nurturing light of sincerity and genuine interest for each other.
Each different part completes one another and grows into beautiful blooming feelings and emotions.
I had this drawing done when in my personal life I was going through such a phase, in my mind there were all flowers and blossoms, after I cleared the air , I could have seen it was not quite there yet for the other person, some people are not ready for the nurturing light of sincerity and interest , and sometimes the love prelude is being experienced intensely only by one person.
Either way, the blossom is there, so you might as well enjoy it.

Thank you! I was in love when drawing this. The state of mind is still visible through the drawing, although the moment has passed. The power of art= bottling feelings on a piece of paper and storing them for eternity.
It is better to have loved and lost, than t have never loved at all. I have experienced this too in the past but I feel like everything in my life was building me up to this moment.
Oh I agree on this. Although love can come with pain, I would not change anything because experiencing love, at a profound level, is a one of a kind thing.
People regret what they did not do. So yes, heal the heart and put it back there ready to love again. It is the bravest thing for a person to dare to love someone.

I think that love is really that one feeling which can make people be better, not only for themselves, but for the other. Many people achieved greaters things in life just because they had that special someone. For most people, love motivates them, pushes them to achieve things which on their own, they might not.
I think that love is such a special ingredient in one's life because it makes people feel they matter, that they are important and valued for somebody. And when a couple is in love and they are happy, they manage to achieve even greater success. True long lasting love gives you wings to fly and achieve dreams, goals. That is the kind of love most people desire. It is also the kind of love which requires the most work to be nurtured and maintained.
