This is my work that I did to enter the competition: https://ecency.com/hive/@acidyo/hive-business-card-design-contest by @acidyo.
I know I won't win, but I still decided to participate so I wouldn't get "rusty". For the last few months I've been focusing on website development so I've neglected my creative side (AI and PS).
I believe there are a lot of good artists at HIVE and I can't wait to see all the works that participated in this competition.
Basically, below you can see how I came up with this conceptual solution.
The first thing I did was download the HIVE logo from: https://hive.io/brand/.
Next, since I know I need a QR code, I looked for one on Freepik:

I also had to look for something that characterizes the HIVE community. I found something acceptable on the same site.

Basically, that's all the material I used. This is how it looks:
I just played with it a bit now. I did the first side first:
I added a short description of the HIVE network (sing up - post - earn), and at the bottom I added a link to hive.io.
I then copied this design, and just changed the hive logo to the colors of the Philippine flag.
This is how it looks when they are side by side:
In the end, I just downloaded the mockup template and inserted my design.
