Details of one of my very early piece, Apple Tree (The Beginning). Back then I didn't have the possibility to scan my paintings directly but had to use expensive 4x5 inch Ektachromes instead. Even though the quality was the best I could get it was no comparison to a 800 dpi direct scan.
