PROJECT FOR A GLASS WALL / WATERCOLOR ON PAPER / CREATION PROCESS

Hello my dear friends of Hive
here we are again with another job, but this time different. It is a project of a glass wall for a beachfront apartment.

eccoci di nuovo con un altro lavoro, ma questa volta diverso. È un progetto di una vetrata per un appartamento fronte mare.

I made the project in 1:50 scale, and I made it with watercolor on paper because it seems more suitable as a technique, more realistic, in the sense closer to what the final result would have been.
And here is the process of the steps

Ho realizzato il progetto in scala 1:50, e l'ho eseguito con acquerello su carta perchè mi sembreva più adatta come tecnica, più realistica, nel senso più vicina a quello che sarebbe stato il risultato finale.
Ed ecco il processo dei passaggi

As you can see I started drawing with pencil, then I switched to color

Come puoi vedere ho iniziato a disegnare con la matita, poi sono passata al colore

I started coloring the sea with ultramarine blue, purple and gradually green

Ho iniziato a colorare il mare con un blu oltremare, viola e via via al verde

Then I started to color the tropical leaves and the flowers

Poi ho iniziato a colorare le foglie ei fiori tropicali

It is a job that I did last summer for a client who often calls me to paint his houses, both in the city and by the sea ..... a good client !!!
This time he called me for the house by the sea, he had just put a wall glass on the terrace, to protect himself from the air and from prying eyes, but at the same time he did not want to give up light and sight since his apartment faces the sea . So he asked me to decorate it.

È un lavoro che ho fatto la scorsa estate per un cliente che mi chiama spesso a decorare le sue case, sia in città che al mare.....un buon cliente!!!
Questa volta mi ha chiamato per la casa al mare, aveva appena messo un vetro in terrazzo, per proteggersi dall'aria e da sguardi indiscreti, ma allo stesso tempo non voleva rinunciare alla luce e alla vista dato che il suo appartamento è difronte al mare. Così mi ha chiesto di decorarlo.

He asked me to made it on site and I used glass colors. I certainly did not guarantee the durability of the pigments because as we know a painting that is outside is more exposed to the elements and the sun light, consequently it fades and even fades .... they gave me the ok anyway and I did.

Mi ha chiesto di realizzarlo in loco e io ho usato colori per vetro. Certamente non ho garantito la durata dei pigmenti perché come sappiamo un dipinto che si trova all'esterno è più esposto alle intemperie e alla luce solare, di conseguenza sbiadisce e addirittura svanisce....mi hanno dato comunque l'ok e l'ho fatto.
