I will need to retrieve this wonderous machine from my pal Dan. I afforded him the pleasure of using it for his latest project however the camera holds dear to me. It is one of my great finds and Dan, well, well Dan's life is a wonder and he has so many things that it could easily get lost in the rubble of his upper quarters.
The portrait above was taking in Pune when my leg was broken. I was contained to the small iron clad bunker you see in the image. Just me and the dogs and a big bag of truly awful cannabis. I'd get high and wait, playing with my dogs, my camera's and waiting for the now ex-wife to send another emergency package.

"Soon they will be here to hang me," Saga spoke to the water. Her eyes remain closed, as the voices get closer, unseen torch flames dancing between the branches of the trees. "That is, if I am lucky."
"Find the witch!" They called out, if only they knew... Saga wills herself into mist, cursing herself for being less than what they said. Heretic, murderer, enchantress. They whispered that she communed with the dead, and ate the tears of men. Her lips vehicles for the poison that would wither society.

From Bad to Worse - Colors of Pain
Over the years I learned a lot about Light Painting and considered myself a somewhat experienced photographer. Mostly I get what I am after. This comes with the intentional room for coincidence and chaos for the spark of surprise.
When I talk to other artists the next step would be storytelling. As a photographer, the biggest challenge to do so would be trying to press any story into one single image. I have done that before but it's easier if you do that as a sequel of images. Here I try that together with Sylvia.

Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition For Console (Impressions)
Age of Empires 2 was released on Gamepass, making it essentially free for anyone with a subscription to play. As far as I'm concerned this is great to see, I've always thought that the one thing missing from consoles was real-time strategy games, and with this game coming out, it's a step in the right direction for the consoles. Who knows, maybe they might even consider some of the old classics for a remaster and re-design. Fingers crossed for Rise of Nations.

From a Stunning Sunset Hike in the Bavarian Alps
On this sunset hike, the weather didn't look overly promising on our way up. But when we reached the top, the sunset was in the end really spectacular. I think because this is the Northern End/Beginning of the Alps, there are fewer mountains potentially blocking the sunlight, which increases the chance of good light at golden hour.
There is not much to tell otherwise besides the photos themselves!

Aren't you tired?
I recently saw a movie that impressed me. In fact, for some time I often come across films that impress me, and since I doubt that I can make a good enough review of the given film, since I have never dealt with it, I decided to leave the review to other people and I myself just to express my thoughts on the subject, relating and comparing it to other things, making analogies, etc., you know, anything a human brain is capable of. Because it is about the rebirth or more precisely, the reincarnation of people.

Sausage fest in Belo Blato, Serbia
Hello people! During this weekend there was a sausage fest in Belo Blato. Yesterday was a pretty bad day because of rain and strong wind that was blowing so there wasn't a lot of people, but today was much better, sun was shining but it was still cold but much better than yesterday. I photographed some of the meats and sausages that people were selling and preparing for competition, and I also tasted some of them :D. My father and his friend were also in competition, we are still waiting for results, I hope they will be at the top! :D
