Hola de nuevo! Hoy les traigo un post bastante genial, trayendo la quinta parte de mi entrega de openings de anime que adoro. Como siempre y es costumbre ha sido difícil escoger los de esta semana porque si les soy sincera me gustaría poner de una vez todos los que me gustan pero creo que jamás terminaría. Ustedes se preguntarán de donde saco tantos openings y ese es mi pequeño secreto... no vale, mentira, es que he visto muchísimos animes y obviamente conozco bastantes openings que me encantan. Los openings del día de hoy son excelentes que me hacen querer cantar a todo pulmón sus letras aunque a veces no me las sepa, comencemos!
Hello again! Today I come with a pretty cool post, bringing you the fifth part of my delivery of anime openings that I love. As always and as usual it has been difficult to choose the ones for this week because if I'm honest I would like to put all the ones I like at once but I don't think I would ever finish. You may wonder where I get so many openings and that's my little secret... no way, it's a joke, I've seen a lot of anime and obviously I know a lot of openings that I love. Today's openings are excellent and make me want to sing at the top of my lungs their lyrics even if sometimes I don't know them, let's go!
Este anime fue sumamente exitoso cuando fue estrenado, la historia de Tanjiro Kamado que pelea contra demonios mientras su pequeña hermana Nezuko fue convertida en uno que no devora humanos es sumamente increíble, ya que él está en una constante lucha de encontrar una manera de volver humana a su hermanita. El comienzo es tranquilo donde se narra que ya entendió la razón de su fuerza, para que la canción explote y diga que con el corazón endurecido siente que debe sostener fuerte algo aunque le tiemblen las manos, donde solo puede cambiarse a sí mismo, los sueños no se pueden borrar, y que la razón para que es fuerte es por otra persona, agradeciendo a la tristeza por hacerlo más fuerte cada vez. Esta letra describe muy bien lo que siente Tanjiro, un ser lleno de luz que a pesar de haber sufrido, este es un motor que lo impulsa a no seguir sufriendo más y que otros no pasen por lo mismo que él, luchando arduamente por su meta. Realmente un gran opening que me encanta cantar casi gritando jajaja.
This anime was extremely successful when it was released, the story of Tanjiro Kamado fighting against demons while his little sister Nezuko was turned into one that does not devour humans is extremely incredible, as he is in a constant struggle to find a way to make his little sister human. The beginning is calm where it narrates that he already understood the reason for his strength, for the song to explode and say that with a hardened heart he feels he must hold something strong even if his hands are shaking, where he can only change himself, dreams cannot be erased, and that the reason for him being strong is because of someone else, thanking sadness for making him stronger every time. This lyric describes very well what Tanjiro feels, a being full of light that despite having suffered, is an engine that drives him not to continue suffering and that others do not go through the same as him, fighting hard for his goal. Really a great opening that I love to sing almost screaming hahaha.
La segunda versión de este anime fue lanzada luego de que se terminara el manga y haciendo una adaptación más canon del mismo con un final concluyente. La historia de Edward y Alphonse, dos jóvenes alquimistas que perdieron cosas importantes gracias a una práctica prohibida se enfrascan en la búsqueda de la piedra filosofal con el fin de expiar su pecado y sufrimiento. La letra es interesante, ya que habla delo irónico que es vivir motivando a los demás aunque uno a veces no quiera seguir, teniendo sueños por cumplir y tropezando cada vez más, y no es que se quiera arrepentir ni regresar al pasado, solo quiere recuperar lo que perdió, explicando que las lágrimas no borran pecados, que hay que cargar con la responsabilidad de lo que hicieron, con la culpa, preguntándose como se puede escapar de ese laberinto que parece no tener salida, buscando motivos para seguir viviendo, ya nada es como antes, sin embargo a pesar de todo hay que enfrentar todo eso que nos debilita. Considero que esto narra de manera perfecta lo que sientes nuestros protagonistas, que a pesar de ser poderosos alquimistas cargan con una gran culpa y que a pesar de todo ese dolor, siguen adelante.
The second version of this anime was released after the manga was finished and made a more canonical adaptation of it with a conclusive ending. The story of Edward and Alphonse, two young alchemists who lost important things thanks to a forbidden practice, engage in the search for the philosopher's stone in order to atone for their sin and suffering. The lyrics are interesting, as they speak of the irony of living by motivating others even though one sometimes does not want to continue, having dreams to fulfill and stumbling more and more, and it is not that he wants to repent or return to the past, he just wants to recover what he lost, explaining that tears do not erase sins, that you have to bear the responsibility for what they did, with the guilt, wondering how you can escape from that maze that seems to have no way out, looking for reasons to continue living, nothing is like before, however, despite everything you have to face all that weakens us. I consider that this narrates in a perfect way what our protagonists feel, that in spite of being powerful alchemists they carry a great guilt and that in spite of all that pain, they continue forward.
Naruto Shippuden es considerado uno de los animes más grandes de la historia y con razón, la historia de como Naruto Uzumaki luchó desde pequeño por ser aceptado en su aldea, entrenando arduamente para que la gente no lo rechace y convirtiéndose en un gran ninja llegó a millones de personas. Este opening es uno de los más emotivos ya que justo en el anime vemos muertes que nos llegan justo al corazón. La letra es algo melancólica, donde dice que se da cuenta del dolor gracias a gritos que se escuchan en su cabeza, sin embargo hay que seguir adelante con la cicatriz de lo que sucedió, está bien si olvidas o si no puedes sentir el dolor en el momento ya que se ha cubierto el corazón lastimado, hay que seguir adelante con esas marcas del pasado antes de que el peso del mundo te aplaste, porque a pesar de todo el dolor te ha dado protección y siempre será así. Este opening encaja perfectamente en el momento que pasa el anime en ese momento, donde Naruto y Sasuke experimentan muchísimo dolor, cada uno de una manera parecida pero tomándolo de manera distinta, creo que es un opening bastante lindo que personalmente me saca algunas lágrimas.
Naruto Shippuden is considered one of the greatest anime in history and rightly so, the story of how Naruto Uzumaki struggled since he was a child to be accepted in his village, training hard so that people would not reject him and becoming a great ninja reached millions of people. This opening is one of the most emotional as right in the anime we see deaths that touch our hearts. The lyrics are somewhat melancholic, where he says that he realizes the pain thanks to screams that are heard in his head, however you have to move forward with the scar of what happened, it's okay if you forget or if you can not feel the pain at the time as it has covered the wounded heart, you have to move forward with those marks of the past before the weight of the world crushes you, because despite all the pain has given you protection and will always be so. This opening fits perfectly with the moment the anime is going through at the time, where Naruto and Sasuke experience a ton of pain, each in a similar way but taking it differently, I think it's a pretty cute opening that personally brings a few tears to my eyes.
En unos posts anteriores hablé de Shiki con uno de los mejores animes de terror que he visto, donde la historia de Ozaki Toshio, el único médico de la misteriosa aldea de Sotoba intenta investigar sobre una extraña epidemia ocurrida en el lugar, la cual no es una enfermedad sino un ataque de criaturas denominadas "shiki". La canción habla como si fuera dirigida a un amante ya que le dice "amor", donde le pregunta por qué no pueden amarse,mientras se besan en los labios y se acerca a su cuello para besarlo, todo mientras beben vino, donde su esencia lo enloquece y despertando a media noche por la "locura de su amor", donde pide que vaya a sus brazos la que la oscuridad es muy triste, con el deseo de volverse eternos y que la oscuridad sea dulce, luego de atravesar a su amante, supongo que volviéndola un ser inmortal. La letra narra de una manera peculiar lo que sucede en la serie, ya que los seres shiki son una especie de vampiros que convierten a sus víctimas en seres inmortales como ellos, mediante una mordida profunda en el cuello que al principio son confundidas por el protagonista con picaduras. Me encanta este opening por el ambiente oscuro y a la vez tranquilo que transmite.
In a few previous posts I talked about Shiki with one of the best horror anime I've seen, where the story of Ozaki Toshio, the only doctor in the mysterious village of Sotoba tries to investigate about a strange epidemic occurred in the place, which is not a disease but an attack of creatures called "shiki". The song speaks as if it were addressed to a lover as he says "love", where he asks her why they cannot love each other, while kissing on the lips and approaches his neck to kiss him, all while drinking wine, where her essence drives him crazy and waking up in the middle of the night by the "madness of his love", where he asks her to go to his arms that the darkness is very sad, with the desire to become eternal and that the darkness is sweet, after going through his lover, I guess turning her into an immortal being. The lyrics narrate in a peculiar way what happens in the series, since the shiki beings are a kind of vampires that turn their victims into immortal beings like them, through a deep bite in the neck that at first are confused by the protagonist with bites. I love this opening for the dark and calm atmosphere it transmits.
Deadman Wonderland me encanta, realmente uno de los mejores animes de acción-horror que he visto, que Ganta sea inculpado de la masacre de sus compañeros de clases es solo la punta del iceberg, ya que es condenado a muerte en la peculiar prisión llamada "Deadman Wonderland" y Ganta debe intentar sobrevivir buscando el antídoto que retrasa el veneno que se le va implantando en su collar. La letra original es en inglés lo cual es muy curioso, narrando que siempre se despierta en una pesadilla sin fin, donde solo parecer confiar en el dolor, teniendo que dormir siempre con un ojo abierto para no ser una presa fácil, parece que ser libre es imposible, a veces siente que su piel se eriza y su sed de venganza es la razón que le da fuerzas para poder seguir adelante, a la vez que tiene sangre en sus manos. Realmente esta letra es brutal es muchos sentidos, describe a la perfección la situación de Ganta el cual a medida que avanza se va convirtiendo en una persona valiente, donde su búsqueda de venganza hacia el verdadero asesino lo motiva a seguir adelante y pelear para sobrevivir en esa violenta prisión, intentando entrenar su peculiar poder para usarlo a su favor. El opening calza de manera increíble con el anime, siendo uno de mis favoritos.
Deadman Wonderland I love it, really one of the best action-horror anime I've seen, that Ganta is framed for the massacre of his classmates is just the tip of the iceberg, as he is sentenced to death from the peculiar prison called "Deadman Wonderland" and Ganta must try to survive looking for the antidote that delays the poison that is implanted in his necklace. The original lyrics are in English which is very curious, narrating that he always wakes up in an endless nightmare, where he only seems to rely on pain, always having to sleep with one eye open to not be an easy prey, it seems that being free is impossible, sometimes he feels his skin bristle and his thirst for revenge is the reason that gives him strength to move forward, at the same time he has blood on his hands. This lyric is really brutal in many ways, it describes perfectly Ganta's situation, who as he progresses becomes a brave person, where his quest for revenge towards the real murderer motivates him to go ahead and fight to survive in that violent prison, trying to train his peculiar power to use it in his favor. The opening fits incredibly well with the anime, being one of my favorites.

Hay muchos otros openings que me gustaría mencionar y lo iré haciendo en futuros posts, en varias ocasiones pienso seriamente que nunca terminaré de nombrar todas las canciones que me gustan porque son demasiadas. He estado conociendo muchos animes recientemente y la lista va creciendo poco a poco a su vez que voy recordando animes que vi hace tiempo, y me emociona mostrarles además de los openings, todos los animes que me han gustado junto a sus canciones. I hope you liked this little list! There are many other openings that I would like to mention and I will do it in future posts, sometimes I seriously think that I will never finish naming all the songs I like because there are too many. I've been getting to know a lot of anime recently and the list is growing little by little as I'm remembering anime I watched a long time ago, and I'm excited to show you not only the openings, but also all the anime I've liked along with their songs. No conocías Kimetsu? Te lo recomiendo mucho! Es un muy buen shonen y la historia está super genial como su opening jajaja. Me gusta mucho ese opening de FMA y también el que le sigue que se llama "Period", de por sí ese anime tiene excelentes openings, los nombraré siguientes entregas!

I feel so bad they didn't continue Deadman Wonderland. That was one of my fav animes! Reminds me of Squid Game nowadays. I'm not sure what happened to the company that was behind Deadman Wonderland, but I would still love to see a continuation, even tho thats never gonna happen :(
