Blossom — Hive

Hola querida comunidad, hoy tenia ganas de hacer algo con estilo surrealista, un estilo que me gusta mucho pero que no se puede pintar tan fácil, debo concentrarme y tener una idea que realmente me guste para poder plasmarlo y sentirme realizada, por suerte hoy sentía estas ganas inmensas de hacer algo diferente y mezclando el surrealismo con algo de realismo en el rostro, dar mas detalles como me gusta, elegí utilizar tonalidades rosas para este dibujo ya que pensaba colocar estas especies de ramas de árbol de flor de cerezo, es un árbol que me parece realmente hermoso y tiene un significado muy lindo, me ha encantado mucho como quedo este dibujo siento que plasma nostalgia, renacer, clemencia, espero que les guste.

Hello dear community, today I wanted to do something with a surreal style, a style that I really like but that cannot be painted so easily, I have to concentrate and have an idea that I really like to be able to capture it and feel fulfilled, luckily I felt today This immense desire to do something different and mixing surrealism with some realism in the face, give more details as I like, I chose to use pink tones for this drawing since I hope to place these species of cherry blossom tree branches, it is a tree that seems really beautiful to me and has a very nice meaning, I really loved how this drawing turned out. I feel that it embodies nostalgia, rebirth, clemency, I hope you like it.

Proceso/Process

Realice el boceto de un rostro que estaría cortado hasta el cuello, creando un ovalo que daría esa ilusión de vacío mas adelante, pinte las ramas de flor de cerezo saliendo de la esquina del rostro, luego elegí la paleta de colores, mi humor estaba de un color rosa, asi que realice la elección con estos tonos, usando un rosa claro de base y rellenando con rosas mas oscuros y de otras tonalidades, el cabello lo pinte de marrón, en una nueva capa agregue mas colores al rostro para definir la forma.

I made the sketch of a face that would be cut up to the neck, creating an oval that would give that illusion of emptiness later, I sketch the cherry blossom branches coming out of the corner of the face, then I chose the color palette, my mood was in a pink color, so I made the choice with these tones, using a light pink base and filling with darker pinks and other shades, I painted the hair brown, in a new layer add more colors to the face to define the shape.

Ahora comencé a difuminar los colores, comenzando por los ojos y luego el resto del rostro creando así una piel mas suave, todo este proceso lo realice con el pincel difuso variando la opacidad y tamaño, decidí pintar los ojos de un tono lila que me pareció bastante lindo y combinaba con la paleta de colores que elegí, le di pocos detalles al cabello, agregando algunos reflejos y sombras, pinte las cejas y pestañas y luego empecé a pintar esta especie de sangre brotando de donde saldrían las ramas del árbol de cerezo.

Dibuje las ramas y algunas flores asi como tambien pequeños petalos cayendo de las ramas, pinte unas pecas en el rostro y decidi aplicar un fondo de cielo, con colores similares a los que elegi, pero con un toque naranja.

Now I began to blur the colors, starting with the eyes and then the rest of the face, thus creating a softer skin. I did this whole process with the diffuse brush, varying the opacity and size, I decided to paint the eyes in a lilac tone that seemed to me quite cute and matched the color palette i chose, i gave little details to the hair, adding some highlights and shadows, i painted the eyebrows and eyelashes and then i started to paint this kind of blood flowing from where the branches of the cherry tree would come out.

I drew the branches and some flowers as well as small petals falling from the branches, I painted some freckles on the face and I decided to apply a sky background, with similar colors to the ones I chose, but with an orange touch.

Comencé a añadir pequeños puntos de luz en el rostro, ojos y también pinte lágrimas cayendo de los ojos, entre las flores de cerezo pinte pequeñas líneas de agua que caen entre si, es un detalle que no se ve a simple vista pero que me pareció bastante interesante de añadir, para terminar aplique un ajuste de color para dar un poco mas de intensidad al dibujo.

I began to add small points of light on the face, eyes and I also painted tears falling from the eyes, among the cherry blossoms I painted small lines of water that fall between them, it is a detail that cannot be seen with the naked eye but it seemed to me quite interesting to add, to finish apply a color adjustment to give a little more intensity to the drawing.
