Off by the river for lunch and dinner BBQ

Stopped over in Golden BC for a bit of late lunch. Had the desire to make some steak wraps and here is how you can simply BBQ on the road without all the hassle of mess of charcoal wood sticks and smoke.

Hold it right there and get the colouring you want.

Form Chicago Blue to well done this torch can do what ever temp you would like.

Frosty cold mountains in the back ground and steaming hot cooked meat in the foreground.

Yum here it is after the flip of the steak.

The low angle of heat bring about the flavour of the mountains.

Thanks for taking a break with me and having some lunch or an early dinner. I do not have a final picture as the wrap was eaten before I remembered to take a picture. Presentation might be lacking given one plate and a awkward rock top table...but it tasted like what i wanted it to.
