The past few days were full of stressful workloads and activities in school. I have not been able to relax and distress. So to retrieve my drained energy, I believe I have to go out and travel.
Serene Pert'z Beach Resort
Pert'z Beach Resort is one of the beautiful beaches located in Borbon, Cebu. It can be accessed easily as it is along the national road. The beach is simple, quiet and refreshing.
How to get there?
From the city, ride a bus via Tabogon. It is roughly three hours to travel. Then, tell the driver to drop you off in the resort. But if you choose to go through a private vehicle, then you may navigate the place in google map.
Once you see this beach signage, you are in the right place. On the other hand, posted outside the gate is the collectible fees for tourists and visitors.
What the beach offers...
The green over blue
Whenever I go to a beach resort, I always look for cool places to stay, a cottage or under the tree. Most specially when the weather is hot, you need to secure a place to rest and relax. And to be honest, I was surprised to see the tall trees going to the sea. It was exactly the best welcoming view I had.
Eye-catching Function Hall
One thing that caught my attention was this function hall that's left uncleaned and unused. In front of it was a giant tree that gave shade to travelers. Though it was not maintained properly, but surely, it can be seen that the structure is beautiful. Since I was not familiar of this resort, I did not take time to ask to the caretaker.
Aside from the seaview, my heart melts to green. This tree relieves my stress a bit. By just looking at it, it somehow refreshed my mind and my body. I took a moment to pause and relax under the tree.
And honestly, the place was cold. Since the asia is experiencing a heatwave, might want to check this place again to take a deep breath.
Spacious Cottages
The place is good for get together of families, friends and couple. You can rent their cottages for a very affordable price. Oh! I forgot to mention. The entrance fee cost for only 20 pesos. The price is very reasonable for large number of groups.
The spacious cottages have a native vibes and were made of bamboos. Each cottage has already a table and chairs for everyone.
Wide Parking Area
One of the common disappointments to every resort I've gone is the parking area. Some resorts disclaim the safety of the customers' vehicle. Some even collected extra fee for parking even though the area is not part of their resort.
Though they collected 20 peso for the parking area, but the space is good enough for all. And I could say, the place is safety from thefts. You can leave your things unattended while enjoying and relaxing the view.
More from the beach
There are more. The grilling station is big enough for cooking. Also, they had a clean comfort rooms for everybody. Worry no more for these kind of stuffs when going to the beach. They got you!
Here comes Serenity
One reason of this travel is to find peace. My head was bombarded with piles of work loads and stress lately. As much as my body needs food, so as my soul. And I am glad I found the right place to unwind.
The view is stunning. Many of the tourists enjoyed as they drank their bottle of cold beer. When I roamed in the shore, there was another landscaped tree that served as the shelter of the people. It was the best place to spend time.
Lastly, the views from the neighboring resorts also added the serenity and beauty of this one. It has splendid islet and like-a-pathway design where you could fake a good photo of yourself. Your entrance fee would be very worth it if you savour your time and its view.
Indeed, it was a great day to regain my energy. Do not compromise your health. Take a rest. Go out. Eat. Travel. You don't have to spend a lot of money to experience luxurious life. Contentment and happiness are the key to peaceful life.

Surely your fatigue body and mind will be over once you visit this place. I love the green and everything surrounding of it. I really missed going out of the beach na. It's a perfect place to unwind and release some stress.

I love how close the nature is to the water and all those stone blocks that could serve as natural benches for whoever wants to sit down for a bit and play with their feet in the water :)
