The Second Gate - Where the Sun Shines

Hello Everyone,

After a little gap I found a good concept to share in #haveyoubeenhere community. Since the lockdown we had very less chances and interests to travel. The population slowly started to take chances and later started living with the chances. We are seeing a lot of changes in last few months. No mask is a very common thing in our town. Very luckily we hardly find Covid-19 cases detected in our town.

Today will take you to the morning walk till the Second Gate in Harihar India

It is railway crossing to the road that enters our town from ages. So its been a landmark that first gate is the city boundary and the Second Gate is the outer circle to identify our town.
As the age passes the days lean towards globalization and commercial constructions started to cross the city boundary (First Gate) and extend towards second gate which is 3 kilometers away. Every train that enters or departs our town passes through two gates that would block the traffic. With time number of Trains crossing increased and the number of vehicles on road also increased. Longer waiting time at both the gates.

Indian Railways came up with an idea of Over bridge construction to first gate which is closer to town and slowly to the Second Gate as well. Will show you the over bridge which was completed few months back in the photographs below.

Why did I choose the title -The Second Gate - Where the Sun Shines because the morning walkers who choose the road that leads out the city have set the limit or the deadline or the goal of walking till the Second Gate and then return. People stop by the second gate, some stretch and exercise, some practice Surya-Namaskara facing the sun. There are no buildings/constructions at the Second Gate and hence the morning sun shines beautiful.

Earlier I had mentioned about the Indian Railways Initiative to build a over bridge and here it is open for public which does not have to worry about the train crossing

Here I stand on the Over Bridge and the endless view of tracks still does not show the Second Gate.
When I was on the Over bridge there passed a long long goods train which probable was lengthy as a kilometer. I captured the photographs starting from engine.

Hope you enjoyed the wild flowers that cross your path in your morning walk to Second Gate. I recently started leaving my bed early in the morning to enjoy some peaceful time and relax after finding the beautiful things and views the morning had to offer.
