Hello dear fellow travelers from pinmappel and from the entire Hive blog community😉❤️😁, today I want to tell you about a great trip I made with my twin sister Sofia to the Medida State, Venezuela, specifically to the population of Santo Domingo, as I have mentioned in other travel posts that my family and I love to travel, and well, a great opportunity arose to spend a few days in the state of Mérida in a beautiful hotel called La trucha azul, so obviously we were not going to miss out on the chance.

Well, as in all my anecdotes, my excitement for undertaking this great adventure was very high, especially because this tour my sister and I would discover places that we did not know existed hahaha!😉, so we prepared all the things that we were going to need and then One night, almost without being able to sleep, we left for our destination in my father's CJ7, which my father obviously drove. The trip was super long, only with some occasional stops to eat and go to the bathroom and with some mishaps such as having an accident in Barinita with very little left to reach our destination, so after a 12-hour drive we decided to rest in a town hotel.

The next morning, we repaired the vehicle and once again we left for our destination. I have to tell you that on the way it rained heavily and again the vehicle left us "dropped" as we Orientals from Venezuela say, but in the end we managed to get there. Arriving at the picturesque town of Santo Domingo, we checked into the Trout Blue hotel, we did not meet my grandmother, aunt and uncle and we prepared to rest in their facilities around a campfire.🔥

The next morning, and after experiencing so many things the day before, we got ready to enjoy our trip and the first thing we did was go to see the Llano Hato observatory in Venezuela and for this we had to wait until 5:30 a.m. in the afternoon since it is at this time that the tour begins, so we enlist them with our best winter jackets.

When we arrived at the place, I was perplexed by the beautiful view, it was as if it were the entrance to heaven, but despite the beauty of the view, the cold in that place was not normal hahahaha! 😂I tell you that my family and I live in a coastal area where the coldest we have felt was when we turn on the air conditioning and we put it at 24 degrees, imagine the cold I felt being in a place whose temperature was about 15 degrees Celsius and that there was still sunlight, therefore, there was no other solution than to have a good hot chocolate before starting the tour.

During the tour, we observed small replicas of the planets and the milky way, there was also an astronaut suit and other objects, so the hours passed, until it got dark and the expected moment of seeing the stars through the telescope arrived, already for this time the temperature dropped to about 2 degrees centigrade hahaha! 😂if before I was cold, by now I was freezing to death, I remember how all the visitors snuggled up with each other to feel some warmth🥶, because by chance we all came from warm places.

When it was my turn to see through the observatories, I was enchanted by the wonders of the universe, especially because the astronomers showed us a dead star, but I must confess that I expected to see other things, such as planets or meteors, but the experience was good. lived was very good.

Once back at the hotel, we rested and the next morning we left for the Mucubají lagoon. Well, friends, this is the first part of this great journey, I hope you liked it, and I invite you to get to know it and travel, since traveling we can get to know fantastic places like this😁👋.
