Hello, wonderful Hive friends in this awesome community. How are you today? I hope everyone is doing fine as we explore the world full of wonder. For today, I will be sharing with you one of my few weekend adventures into the wilderness - The Picture-Perfect "Antipolo Beach Resort" of Tuburan, Cebu.
My life this past few days was fully occupied. A lot of paper works need to be done and submitted. Test examinations here and there. Well, my body and my mind are stress-out. Stress is inevitable. But we must find ways to relieve this and be able to regain energy to function well for the next days to come.
And to lessen the stress felt for the whole week, it was so timely that one of my friends invited me to Asturias, Cebu to witness their DepEd Nite. Without hesitation, I felt so alive to travel again. While on my way, I feel a little bit sleepy, so for a while I stop by. And then I saw this sign "this way to Antipolo Beach Resort".
Out of curiosity, I drove with the sign and I was captivated by this amazing view.
Going into the wilderness, I saw the everlasting beauty of the beach.
I was mesmerized by the beauty the moment I enter the beach. This beautiful beach is located in Tuburan, Cebu. But apparently, the area is accessible through the road to Sta. Lucia, Asturias, Cebu traversing Daanglungsod, Asturias, Cebu then to Antipolo, Tuburan, Cebu.
Before arriving in the area, you will see this view. A fishpond near the highway.
It's a winding road going to Daanglungsod, Asturias. So be careful while driving. The road is wide yet there are bumpy areas you will encounter.
Continuing my travel, you will cross this mini bridge that connects the Municipality of Tuburan and Asturias, Cebu. This river is somehow the boundary of the two municipalities.
The Arrival.
Upon arriving in the area, green grasses with tall coconut trees around it, and the cold breeze of the sea welcomes you to the beach resort.
I'm so excited to tour around. First, I went to the reception area to pay the entrance fee, which costs 150.00 Php or 2.74 USD for an adult person. While 100.00 Php or 1.83 USD for the kids. Your entrance fee includes the use of their pool! Imagine how worthy is that.
To the POOL Area.
This is their pool. The pool is not so big to accommodate many people at the same time. While swimming in the pool, you can also see the alluring view of the sea and its blue sky. The pool is open until 11 pm.
The ROOMS.
If you are looking for an overnight stay, there are also rooms available for an overnight stay here. There are many rooms to choose from - Native Electric Fan Rooms, Air Conditioned Beach Front Family Rooms with a mini pool and without a mini pool, and Air Conditioned Beach Front Barkada Rooms.
The Native Electric Fan Room, which is good for 2 pax is 1500.00Php or 27.42 USD only, and if you will have 4 pax with you, is 2000.00Php 0r 36.57 USD. If you're on a tight budget, this one suits you.
Beach Front Air-Conditioned Family Room, good for 5 pax with a mini pool in front will cost 6500 Php or 118.90 USD with free breakfast. There is also Beach Front Air-Conditioned Family Room without a mini pool good for 5 pax which costs 6000Php or 109.75 USD with free breakfast.
For Air-Conditioned Beach Front Barkada Room good for 15-20 pax, it will cost 17, 900 Php or 327.41 USD with free breakfast. This one suits those who will plan for team building.
Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out is 12nn. All Air-Conditioned Rooms during Weekdays and Sundays Rates except during holidays will have a discount of 1500Php.
The COTTAGES.
If you visit the place for day use only, there are also cottages for rent around the area where you can stay. Cottages are made up of native bamboo. Rental fees for cottages are worth 700 Php or 12.80 USD which is good for 15-20 persons.
Other Amenities Available
There are also amenities that you can enjoy in the place, like billiards and darts for pool players. Having fun with the view, while enjoying playing billiards and darts is feeling great!
If you want to celebrate birthdays and other important events, they will also serve delicious food for you. The place has a restaurant that also caters to food for visitors.
For your information, corkage fees are also applied. The corkage fee for all the foods is worth 300Php, for all the soft drinks is 300Php, for all the beers is 500Php, and for other liquors 500Php.
The beach is so spacious that team building and camping are possible. You can also bring your tent and pitch on the grassy part of the resort. Because of the Bermuda grass around, you can sit, take a nap, play with your kids, bring your mat, and enjoy a picnic on the ground.
There are also wooden chairs with umbrellas around where you can enjoy sightseeing of the view.
One thing that I love about the resort is, the solar panel that they are using right now. Solar panels will greatly help in the reduction of the electric consumption of the resort and even if brown-out will occur, there's still a source of electricity.
Another thing that I also love is the staff. Very accommodating and approachable at the same time.
HOW TO GET THERE?
Exact location: Antipolo, Tuburan, Cebu which is 2 to 2.5 hours away from Cebu City.
BY CAR/MOTORCYCLE: With the help of Google Maps or Waze, you may navigate Antipolo Beach Resort in Tuburan, Cebu. When you’re already in the area, you may ask locals for directions to “Antipolo Beach Resort”. Parking space is available in the area.
With the ambiance and the fascinating view of the place, your stay will surely be great.

nice vacation spot, their swimming pool is really nice and clean, the view on the sea is also very good, it's just that it seems like renting a room is a bit expensive.
Yes, it's clean. The view is awesome while swimming on the pool. You also sit near the pool to relax.
Maybe a little bit expensive yet there are also discount applied given except for weekend stay.

The Cottage for rent simply a very cool idea. Cebu has such a beautiful natural beauty to relax stress. How great it is to spend the night with the beloved people here. I could say it would be the best time to create a memory.

It's wide and clean. The place is very peaceful fits for relaxation.
It's surely nice to relax after a tiring work week. The sea is like also the charge to my drained batteries if I'm stressed with my school works. I often ran to nearest shore to breath some sea breeze and listen to the waves. It's my type of relaxation and I call it the Vitamin sea!
Having such a beautiful place like that is also bonus. In a surrounding like that, you don't need a fan or an air-conditioned room anymore. Just the cool sea breeze is enough to make you shiver at night and in the morning.😄
Yes its true. You don't need to use air conditioned room here if you want to rent the area. Just the sea breeze is enough to give you that awesome rest.
