Perhaps I can Start Posting Script Pages Again?

Hey there, Hive! I thought that maybe a sneak peak(d) at Issue 4 of Ithaqa might be a good way to apologize for not having content to post lately!

As I've mentioned before, I'm working like a madman to finish every script for Ithaqa before we move on with the art. Issue 4 involves time travel and I need to make sure that I don't have a brilliant idea in Issue 12 that would require me to adjust something in issue 4.

I'm on version 3 of the last script, so definitely expect art by the summer, but in the meantime, maybe script pages can fill the void!

Hi @drwatson, you were just shared some LUV thanks to @steevc. Having at least 5 LUV in your wallet enables you to give up to 3 LUV per day, for free. Hey! We missed you. Hope everything is good with you.

I've never been one for writing fiction, but I guess it goes through various stages with different levels of detail. It feels like with comics that late edits can be a pain if you need to move panels around as could affect all the pages. I expect there are ways to reduce the problems that causes.

Stay well.

Yes, one of the single most painful lessons I learned was how necessary it was for me to write the whole script in one shot and not be doing art and writing at the same time.

I figured that's how it was done by Marvel, DC, and all the other monthly comics, so I could do it too! Then I realized I had to make huge changes to the script to improve the comic, and that meant throwing away art I had paid Theresa a lot of money to draw... what a waste, but I did learn my lesson.

Hey, that's awesome! Great to see you again. I've got my three issues of Ithaqa safely stored away waiting for the next. Hope things are well and you're able to make some progress!

Yess! Thank you so much for your support, I feel like a third of my readership came from steemit/hive haha, or at least all my superfans came from here.

Word of caution for reading these page scripts though, because I'm talking to my artist in them I sometimes very casually lay out major spoilers in the discussion of a scene!
