В коловороті подій останніх місяців багато людей переосмислили власні життя та цінності. Я в тому не виключення. Довгий час я намагалась знайти те, що зможе не просто відволікти від страшних новин і невизначенності, але й надихнути на позитив і бажання зібратися і жити далі.

In the whirlwind of events of recent months, many people have rethought their own lives and values. I am no exception to that. For a long time, I tried to find something that could not only distract from terrible news and uncertainty, but also inspire positivity and the desire to gather and live on.

Одним з таких джерел енергії для мене є земля, рідна українська земля. Вона не лише годує, а вона неймовірно заряджає. Варто лише вийти в поле, впасти на землю в оточенні квітів і глибоко вдихнути їхнім ароматом. Це миттєво рівняє мій внутрішній стрижень.

One of these sources of energy for me is the land, my native Ukrainian land. It not only feeds, but it incredibly recharges. All you have to do is go out into the field, fall to the ground surrounded by flowers and inhale deeply their aroma. It instantly evens out my inner core.

Лежиш на землі, закриваєш очі і слухаєш легенький шурхіт трави від вітру, заспокійливі звуки комах. І в цей момент усвідомлюєш, чому десятки тисяч наших героїв готові вмирати за цю землю. Бо цю землю хоче розтоптати своїми брудними чоботами російські окупанти. Їм не потрібна ця земля, бо вони зі своєю не знають що робити - їм потрібна територія, додаткові квадратні кілометри на карті їхньої збоченої імперії.

You lie on the ground, close your eyes and listen to the gentle rustling of the grass from the wind, the soothing sounds of insects. And at this moment you realize why tens of thousands of our heroes are ready to die for this land. Because the Russian occupiers want to trample this land with their dirty boots. They do not need this land, because they do not know what to do with theirs - they need territory, additional square kilometers on the map of their perverted empire.
