Hello! As part of our ongoing efforts to improve both interaction and curation in the Movies and TV Shows Community, this post is one of many to highlight and boost members of the past week that have posted what we believe is exceptional content.

The Details

Each week, our Moderators will monitor the posts within the Movies and TV Shows Community and handpick the ones that are believed to stand out under numerous factors: post quality, length, and subject. Over all effort will be considered, and those chosen will be featured in a post just like this with a percentage of the post rewards being distributed as a reward.

There are no entry requirements, and this is not a contest, but simply a roundup intended to provide additional exposure to all of you for your efforts. Just have fun posting in the Movies & TV Shows Community and five or more posts will be chosen frequently.

Cyberpunk: Edgerunners - I loved it but... (ENG-ESP)

If you know me well, or at least have been following me for some time, you will know that there is no sub-genre of sci-fi that I enjoy more than cyberpunk. I am such a passionate fan, that I am more critical and demanding when it comes to a work of this type. I'll preface this, as this review is going to be influenced by a bias that may contrast with the profile of my opinions on other works.

A review of "UP" - a hymn to the joy of life, you are never too old to dream

Up is a hymn to the joy of life that makes no pretentious attempts to hide the roughness of advancing years. It is a great movie, the kind you remember after years and years and which remains there, stuck in the folds of memory, to remind us that you are never too old to dream, perhaps by watching a balloon fly away. Whether you watch it with the melancholic spirit of old cinephiles or with a wide-eyed view of the world of children, Up is a great movie.

Beast of No Nation 2015 Review ("A boy has hands to strangle")

"Have I started losing the vibe to watch movies?" That's the question I asked myself several times last week seeing that I don't watch as many films as I used to in the past. Of course I have not lost the vibe to watch movies. Life has just been getting in the way and it is annoying. Because I don't have a lot of time to see as many movies as I would like to, I try my best to make the hours I have worth it by seeing good films.

Review: St Vincent. A film that includes: Comedy, sarcasm and Transitions of life itself.

So I'm not sure if this is your weekend movie, because it doesn't only represent comedy, but transitions and negative or strong contexts of life. A wonderful production that combines sarcasm, bad decisions, emotional wounds and earthly angels to hook the audience. Honestly from my side, when I decided to watch the movie I thought:
"This is Melissa McCarthy here, she must be just exquisite when it comes to comedy." But, the truth stirs up your sentimental part a bit.
