I really like the fact that the onboarding focuses on getting quality users that likely will become and remain active and valued members of the community. All too often, I have experienced UGC sites get "too big for their britches" by just going for raw numbers... even watched on site totally collapse more or less in real time because the founders went on a media blitz tour of Wall Street, pitching themselves to all comers. About 60 days later, no more site...
