As you guys may already know, CUB had dipped all the way down to $1.8 just a couple of days ago. A lot of paws gave up on HODLing and sold then, though today, the expected happened.
CUB rose up to $2.6-2.8 levels in the past day, and today, a lucky person bought the remaining dip. Increasing the price all the way up to $3.5 levels.
Of course, this has also affected the TVL of Cub Finance. I remember when we had dropped below $10m (it was $9.6m at one point) and now, we're all the way back up to $16m -- since this morning, it has been rising steadily.
"Should we cashout this pump?"
Short Answer: ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Long Answer: There is one thing that people are forgetting. A lot of Farm/Den changes are going into effect soon. Not to mention the audit that is potentially due to release sometime real soon. Not to mention the whole "Kingdoms" system that everyone is looking forward to. This "pump" was before those all even happened. So imagining what could happen after those are released, I wouldn't be surprised if we pump all the way up to $10 -- you have to remember, Kingdoms is a really nice feature that does not even exist in most yield farms.
Dear friends. Diamond paws. Continue to HODL, or if you would like to go an extra mile, invest in Den or Farms -- Kingdoms looks really promising and the fact that you can earn multiple tokens with a single investment is definitely going to attract a lot of attention from outside Hive/LEO.
On the other hand, following the previous pumps to Hive, I am honestly expecting another one in the next day or two. Maybe $1.5 this time around?

the only time i might even consider taking profit is when cub hits its previous all-time high. for now, the goal is to increase my holdings weekly until I reach my desired position. keep those diamond paws

Well I messed up. Took some profit during this pump. Still have my other half in there though so we good. Hope to be buying more in a little over a month.
Taking profit is never a bad idea. Depending how much you have in there compared to your financial situation, it might not be a terrible idea.
My view is something like this, in the early days, is worthy of letting it ride. There is a lot of upside compared to the risk in my view.

I'm pretty broke, but I'd be able to lose all that I have in crypto and still end up just the same(most of what I have are just there as long term holds). If all of crypto tanks to 0, I'd have to cancel a lot of what I'm doing that gets funded by my earnings but thats about it. No change of lifestyle needed.
The only time I'll consider selling is when cub hits 10$, even at that time it will take a lot to make me sell because whatever could make the price of cub reach 10$, then it'd definitely be primed for 20$. You see what I'm saying

Factor in LeoBridge which should churn up the burn rate of CUB (in addition to LEO).
