From 40th to 23rd place, it's a big step forward in my work to make this community bigger - Leofinance engagement.

But no matter how many comments or votes to other publications I made, I never managed to reach the top 30 list, but what a surprise I got today when I saw the publication of loefinance engagement, and noticed that my name was in the 23rd place. I felt a huge joy because the previous week I managed to reach the 40th place, so this is a great advance of 17 steps.

In the past 7 days, I managed to make 5 posts from the leofinance.io interface, I made one less post than 14 days ago, but it was because I have had many failures with the internet and electricity at home, so I had to adapt to the times when those two factors are in my favor.

In the past 7 days, I have made 68 comments using leofinance.io. A considerable increase of 31 comments since the last report, because as I said, I have set a goal of making at least 15 comments every day to increase my engagement with the community.

As for the Comments made outside of own posts I managed to make 46, an increase of 16 since the last report.

Comments - replies to replies - depth > 2 was only 7 like the last report, this is something I need to work on as I rarely come back to reply to a reply as I consider the conversation to be over, so I plan to get that number to 40 or 50 for the next report.

Comments - length in characters I achieved 18193, an increase of over 4900 characters since the last report, as I set out to comment on something more than just "Good post", as making a comment should be something meaningful that lets the author of the post know what you liked about their post. I plan to raise that number to 25K or 30K.

Up-votes to others, there were 30 and again that is a big increase from the last report of 13 votes.

Up-votes to different authors, I managed to get out of the circle of 15 authors to look at the content of 13 new authors, and I really enjoyed it because I have seen the diversity that leofinance can offer.

As for the Self-votes, I keep 0 equal in all reports because I want others to be interested in my content, of course this does not mean that those who do self-votes are of less quality, no, what happens is that I personally prefer that others are those who value my content, is like the son of a millionaire who seeks his achievements without the money of their parents. Besides, I don't have enough voting power. Maybe this number of self-votes will change in the future, when my voting power reaches 5000LP, in the meantime I will keep 0 votes to myself.

In conclusion, maybe the 23rd position in the leofinance engagement report is not something to make a publication for, since it is not as incredible or renowned as being in the top 10 or top 20, for me being in the 23rd position is something to be proud of, since it is a clear proof of my constant and solid commitment with the community and the platform. In addition, I have also been able to get more involved with leofinance projects such as CUB defi.

So personally I can say that, although it is a challenge to make comments and increase my participation to maintain my position or increase it, because with so many occupations sometimes the time is not enough, but something that has helped me to improve is to be more organized and prioritize. This way I have enough time left to achieve this 17 step jump. For the next report I would like to be in the top 15, of course it will take a lot of effort, because those who are there will fight for their place, but it's worth trying.

Also the mini contest of onealfa of the participants with more points in UV, is another good motivation, because it helps me to think about what I can give to others no matter how little it is. Since being in leofinance is more than just making publications, is to get involved with the community and help it grow, and that's what all curators want to achieve, that the whole community does the same as them and take it to a large scale.
