When I was younger I used to get up very late, past 9 A.M. and now a few years later and not because I work because when I'm free I still get up early I feel that the air is lighter and it helps me a lot to start my day with a lot of energy . You know what I'm going to do very soon, I'll walk on the beach very early. I feel that it will be of great help to my body, in addition to relaxing listening to the noise of the sea.

I know how it is sleeping in... feels like it makes you more rested, but really you always just feel tired because something isn’t right. If you have the opportunity to walk on the beach every morning, I would totally jump on that. I wish I had access to a beach nearby, all are many hours from me. The ocean is my favorite thing.
