RE: POSH development and further near-term plans

in LeoFinancelast year

Hi @acidyo congrats for keeping the focus on evolution/development of posh and gosh control.

I really like your posts a lot, because you generate debates that make new projects come out of paper and go to real hive!

However, a difficulty that I feel as a moderator of the Brazilian community, and that I also perceive that people of other languages face are some points that you even commented on the subject several times were:

First, I believe that one of the biggest difficulties is to end up with fake accounts/bots that only make posts with AI that do not add knowledge/engagement in the community, and that often manage to bypass the system and get engagement and votes, to transfer the money to another account. amount earned and then withdraw, just taking income from here, and this consequently is an entry barrier for big players in the hive, and it really is a difficult job to know if the person, for example, is not fluent in English or if he used AI to create a text.
And in contrast to this situation, maybe a dedicated person ends up going unnoticed and being left out in the hive

Perhaps it would be interesting to have volunteer teams speaking other languages to help with this inspection work, but people who really want to grow in the hive, not people who try to come to gain some benefit, community work, that some possibility of abuse is found, and after discussed the matter, they would report to their staff explaining what was happening.

Sometimes I see for myself, I made great friends here, and I was accepted and today I am part of several communities, but that's because I am myself and always try to put a little of my essence in my texts, but there is one point that I miss, and maybe it would be interesting, it's people from the community making a ranking, the power up of the day, the power up of the month, or I don't know a contest, with people posting how much powerup they made, and explaining why they did it, something like that from powerup events , to change the thinking of those who are in the hive just withdrawing money, and thinking about withdrawing, but also adding, stabilizing.
I am more than happy to put together a powerup post, showing the communities I participate in that I believe in the project, I believe in the success of the hive, but unfortunately, usually my powerup posts are the ones that receive the least votes / comments.

I'm sorry if I extended myself in the text, but I'm your fan and I follow you seeing your effort to bring people to hive, and I really want hive to succeed.

thank you so much for trying to make the hive a more active and lasting place
