I understand that part and read about it and my votes are above that “dust” amount, so the recipient does get a pay out. Other wise it doesn’t make sense to do it. But this week I am more off line, so can recharge a bit. As have some projects to attend too irl 😉

It still goes very slow with recharging, it’s up to 70.9% now 😋 will get it up a bit more.
