Setting a goal is good but working towards achieving such goals is a better idea that keeps our plans in check at all times.
Strategies can be changed based on the outcome of our inputs.
We all recognize when we need to put in extra efforts or when the window exist for us to relax a little.

I can't tell of where I had flopped here except for some extra needs that came up and ate into some of my hive tokens.
I needed some tips to pay the bills for the children's school fees and just a few hive would have been enough if the market wasn't so much in a ditch like this.
Not having any stable coin was my bad, so I had transacted three times as much hive to meet up with the needed amount.

By now I should have the exact amount of hive needed to complete my staking goals of 8k hive for the month of June.

22more hive to go before power up day tomorrow. 😙 Somehow am gonna sort this out one way or another.

Sometimes a quick look at my hivestats chart, but the weekly income and the graph can give a vivid illustration of my performance on the blockchain and if there is some loopholes that needs to be covered.

In all I had a total of 400+ hive income and about 100+ was sent to deepcrypto8 which left me with the few extra needed to complete the 8k target.

Let's just say I did set a target and worked towards it but sometimes things can get Oita control but learn not to beat yourself at such times.
