dCity has grown, and the marketplace is taking shape with players trying to optimize their cities in lots of different ways.
So I decided to take a look at the expected SIM values of all the cards based on their relative rarity to each other. There were some surprising results!
Of course, there is more than one way to skin a cat. If you have a huge surplus of population, you might value income less than others. If you are trying to get that next technology, maybe education is your primary factor. So these values are not absolutes, they are just one factor in your pricing decisions.
Still, a big factor.
I just picked up a hospital because they look like screaming deals based on their rarity.

I got some garbage dumps and schools really cheap, if you watch the market you can find some cheap cards in some of the days and sometimes are crazy expensive :)

why? all people in your city determine your ranking so why kill em?
