I came by this building couple years ago to show some kid friends and the dad where their favorite team plays.
I passed by many times. It is a busy area due to its location going to South Beach.
It is on Biscayne Bay area. It is a fun and tourist area as well in downtown.
Actually I almost had the opportunity to go watch a game as well. Hopefully I may go
again when things settle.

The right for the name now is American Airlines Arena for the past 20 years. So far the name still there for free
but the city is still paying the team $2 million. It is an iconic name for most people down South.
Two years ago the lease was supposed to change since AA would not upgrade to a new lease. What is comforting
is the fact the new company that will take over is a cryptocurrency exchange located overseas. They do have a version for
US residents. It may not be full blown as the main site, water down to accommodate the US.
Everything is not set in stones yet but it is clear, giving a name connected with crypto to the arena brings
more profit to the city of Miami-Dade and to the team #Miami Heat.

So far the plan is for 19 years worth $135 million where each year the Heat will get two millions dollar out of it.
That is a good deal in the circumstances. Miami would like to be seen as a hub for crypto and #FTX could be a door to make it happen.
I looked at their website, they offer many services for crypto. Check on youtube and there is a vast amount of videos
for traders. The name rights will fly high in the South of the Sunshine state.
It will bring awareness for many to stay close to crypto. Whatever games or avenues playing in the Arena will have to say FTX.

This is the first time a crypto exchange has a name right with a sport team. During this season, NFT craze had been all over the NBA.
Miami area is not shy of crypto. All over the places like gas station you can see ATM crypto. People are buying into them as well.
They are everywhere. Not long ago the city mayor wants to hold a part of the treasury funds in crypto like #Bitcoin.

I lived hour and half of this mega city area. There are plenty of crypto ATM in many gas stations.
It is crazy down there. You heard the news for the past Spring Break.
Definitely FTX will help through the naming right to bring through the city funds to help other issues. Again I wish the board of
commissioners approve this contract and that way it will promote crypto in a different sphere.

I always see sport and crypto work hand in hand, maybe cause I like sport. I see many sport teams embrace crypto as well.
I mention earlier NFT, in Europe many teams deliver tokens to their fans. Having FTX in the US with NBA could give a little push to
see crypto logs elsewhere like NFL, MLB,MLS,NHL. Thinking about Dallas maverick could be a team that can get involved with crypto soon.
Think to this bubble for crypto, we are heading to positive territory for a while.
Time to hold and wave this incoming flood.
