What Is Your Crypto Reality?

Got involved in a crypto pre sale, thought it was going to boom, it launched, unfortunately the launch price was exactly the presale price, few seconds after the launch, the token started tanking, down by 60% now. I haven’t sold it, because the feeling of hope that the token will pump some day is what keeps me holding. Before the launch of the token, I started fantasising a lot, I was hoping that the token will get listed at a 5X price, to put me on 5X profit as I got into the pre sale. But when it launched I ended being at lost. Now I am holding the token hopping it will pump, just so I can feel like my holding is not in vain.

This year I have accumulated more cryptocurrencies, but their values are way lesser than when I had lesser crypto in the bull run. In the bull run I had about 4 major crypto holdings but their values were more higher, now the values are lower but the crypto is more. Still, I don’t feel discouraged, I feel even more motivated because I am focused on the future price during the bull market more than the current price in the bear market. With my experience with bull market, I have seen a lot of token 10X, I have seen portfolios 10X also, so this is the hope I am hanging onto. But the reality of this is that, crypto is a gamble when it comes to investment. I trust the technology and I am using that as a reason to invest.

Today I might be down a couple of dollars in the value of my portfolio, but who knows what tomorrow value will be? I invest because I support the blockchain and I am trying to make some profit, but it has not been easy, the bear market has not been friendly, tokens are tanking left and right, meme tokens with no utilities are pumping, but the moment you decide to invest they start tanking, seems like my crypto reality currently, is buy and hope for the bull market even though the market continues tanking. So, what is your crypto reality?

Investing is indeed a gamble in the current bear market. New crypto projects that are launched are going down instead of going up. For me, it's seeing more tokens but less value. The equation is a bit off balance but I'm hopeful that the upcoming bull market will balance it in a very positive way.
