Going into the weekend...

in LeoFinance11 days ago

Time seems to be standing still

Not knowing where tomorrow will bring me or where I'd even want to end up

How old does "mid-life crisis" have its highest chance of kicking it?

Maybe I am way too young for that but there is something

I feel nothing when there are red candles

But do feel the rush of massive green candles

So at least I know I am not a non feeling zombie lol

I am in the search of something

First off, I need a new wardrobe, need to finally go through everything I have so it can help me know what I need

Then, get what I want to feel like I have "reinvented" myself

Sometimes, to look inside you need to start on the outside

I also need to try different things

Maybe a new car

Doing things I have been wanting to do for the longest time...

But over my head is always the thought that I need more invested I need more income I need to be GOOOOOOD forever before I can fully indulge everything else

This needs to fuel me. Take all my focus and show myself that I can do more than I know I am capable of

That is what this year is about

It is about going beyond my limits

The silvergoldstackers will see full on I am not kidding

You can't fake new gold and silver coins, they are not cheap

Buying the laptop showed me that sometimes I need to tie my destiny to certain things or ideas

This "tying together" is a big deal with how I do things

For example, there is an expensive car I really love, sort of a dream suv, but its expensive and will cost a lot

However, if I finance it, maybe it will push me to work harder

It would be my first time ever having a car payment but also my first time being able to invest a lump sum and use the yield or gains from that to pay for the car...

Its a risky play though

Although I sometimes make it sound like I am an old man, I have plenty of time to make gains, however my interest in yield as a way to secure an income is more interesting to me than simply trying to make gains on my bags over and over again

Looking forward to my #silversaturday #silversunday posts

See you then ;)

Owning a car gets expensive. Prior to 2019 I didn't have a car for ten years and insurance has become insane in the last few years. I now have an nice EV but I got it after paying off my home mortgage first.
Good Luck with the new wheels.

A nice EV with a paid off home is huge!

The plan was that I put what cash that would have gone into car ownership less the cost of joining a Car cooperative and buss pass, into paying off the home mortgage. My home also has a self contained rental suite providing a passive rental income and write off half my mortgage interest, property tax expenses, and related expenses against the income.
Paid off three years ahead of time.

living the dream !

I Paid my dues.

Car ownership is expensive and I've had plenty of car loans over the years. For a reliable vehicle it can be worth it is it's in good condition with lower mileage. The last thing you want is a car that is breaking down all the time because it will cost you much more than a newer vehicle with a loan!

that is very true. its for a 2019 Range Rover SVR carbon edition with like 25,000 miles which will cost 1.5 times more in everything compared to what I have now

I would 100% get a warranty and keep it until the warranty is out
