I was heading to work a few days ago when I noticed a notification from of my favorite photographer on Twitter. It was a notification for a Twitter space and I was curious. The topic read, Photography 101. Knowing this photographer, I knew he would not just be talking about photography alone but finance, money and how to create wealth with the craft. He spoke for hours and there were a lot of questions and all, with a lot of practical information one could put into play immediately in ones business or work to boost revenue. So I decided to share with you guys what I learned. So, here are the three Ps to achieving great success in your work or business or craft, or whatever it is you are investing in.

  • Persuasion - This is a skill any profit oriented business will need to acquire/train their staff with so they turn potential customers into consistent customers. It is that skill that makes someone thank you after sharing a piece of information with them. The skill that makes someone see what they need because sometimes, people don't know they need something until someone tells them and shows them why they need it. A key skill to possess.
  • Perception - This is that idea we have of ourselves in our head. Often times you could have an idea of your business and what you offer in your head but your customers have a completely different idea of what you are all about. Hence, there are no sales. It is important to align the two perceptions so you and your customers are on the same page. This would determine greatly if one would get any income from ones trade.
  • Position - This is a very important P. Perhaps the most important. How you position yourself would determine the caliber of clients that would approach you. You have to set yourself up for success. This also applies to life. There are people who have the influence that you can leverage. Just one high-value customer and then one's business could take a giant leap.

All three P's are important.

If we do not align what's in our head with what's going on our potential client's head, we will certainly be doing business with ourselves alone.

And persuasion is a skill everyone needs to learn for it's not only valid on business grounds alone.

Finally, businesses need to be well positioned to attract quality clients.

Thank you for sharing, Steven

Thank you for reading Iska. Turns out there's one more P missing - Persistence 😌

Apologies for the late response

Might I suggest another P? Persistence. Because who gets everything right on the first try?

Spot on
Feels like I should edit my post and re-write again 😅

When you said persuasion,my idea was how to persuade a client to buy products from you, personally you can't come to my store without buying a thing. I will go extra mile to make sure you spend your money with me.

But yours explains it better and it fair that we work on ourselves in order to reach our desires customers.

The skill is so underated and it looks you have it in abundance 😅
Thank you for stopping by
