As I noted elsewhere, do not let it get below 80%. Try to stop when you get at that level.
Personally, I try to stick with a 90% base which I can do being online much of the day.

But how can I not support others when I am so active on here and write over 1000 comments a week and read many posts, like you do. I feel like it is nice to do, and I see so much deserving posts and comments to support. I don’t want to take only, I like to support and give back too.

I think commenting to the posts alone is a kind of support, but being the way we are, we feel NOT okay when we don't leave an upvote. But then we compromise the health of our VP, wasting it away hehe.

We can give it away but I think the intended recipient won't receive them anyway when they are "dust." It seems the way it is set up is that inorder to get counted, the vote amount should at least be 2 cents. I am not really sure how it works though but TM said it's best to keep it above 80 and I also read that from sis Coquicoin many months ago.
I understand that part and read about it and my votes are above that “dust” amount, so the recipient does get a pay out. Other wise it doesn’t make sense to do it. But this week I am more off line, so can recharge a bit. As have some projects to attend too irl 😉

Hello, hello! here. :) I see you and @littlebee4 are talking about Voting Mana.
From everything I have read on the subject, it is advisable not to let it go below 80 or a maximum of 70%. For larger accounts, it's easier because their vote counts more, and even if they split it the value is good. For the smaller ones, it is difficult because depending on the case you feel you should vote more in terms of value.
On the other hand, there are the dust votes. Rewards of less than 2 cents are dust. It is hard that this happens to a post because is most likely that you won't be the only one voting it but comments are different. If you vote for a comment in one of your posts or a reply you got that will probably be the only vote that comment will receive. Voting a comment with a value of fewer than 2 cents is not worth it because the person will get nothing and you will have lost voting mana. That's why for a long time now it's very rare that I vote a comment, I prefer to use a tipping token when I have one available. At least until I get more voting power in terms of value.

Thank you sis for making it clear to us between post upvotes and comments upvotes. I am now holding myself from pushing the vote button to stay above 80% haha. I've always been below 70% for quite a long while. It would be nice to make our votes count.

And it is not so difficult to keep it, sis. We just have to be clear about approx how many votes we give a day. And divide our votes into percentages. And give only a few to 100% to those posts that are really worth it or who we want to support 100%.
It is also not good to stay with voting mana of more than 80% in my opinion. By doing so we would be losing the opportunity to get curation rewards. So we need to keep a balance ;)

I’m still a small account too. And I love to upvote and support others. I do upvote a lot, but voting comments if the reward is less than 2 cents is not supporting the one who received the upvote since, in the end, the person won't get anything. Unless anyone votes the comment too and raises the reward.
It's better to split our votes in more posts ;) At least while we are small fish and minnows. It's my opinion 😉😊😄
