I'm not yet sure if I believe in fate or not. Some experiences I had definitely hat "FATE" painted all over them, but the skeptic in me doesn't accept that.
Regarding having people just blame everyone else, I try once or twice to make them see the fallacies in their argumentation. If they don't get it, I just nod ahead, or change the subject at an opportune moment.

Yes, conventionally, fate is a mixed bag of a lot of things that aren't strictly tied to such kind of experiences.
Maybe I should adopt that lol. Some people can be very "stuck in their ways" by virtue of being close minded which is a defense to stay within their comfort zone.
