The visit to Bangladesh Army University of Science and Technology in Saidpur was a truly heartwarming experience for me and my father. We were there to look at some properties, but the real reason for our visit was to see the University Hostel, which was named after my grandfather, Shaheed Doctor Zikrul Haque Hall. My grandfather was a doctor, freedom fighter and the first elected MP in Saidpur Nilphamari. The fact that the University authority had given such respect to my grandfather was an incredibly emotional and proud moment for my father.

As we arrived at the University, I couldn't help but feel a sense of awe at the grandeur of the place. The campus was vast and beautiful, with buildings and gardens that seemed to stretch on forever. As we made our way towards the Hostel, I could sense my father's excitement growing with every step. He had told me so much about my grandfather and his achievements, and I could tell how much it meant to him to see his father's name immortalized in this way.

As we approached the Shaheed Doctor Zikrul Haque Hall, I was struck by how impressive it looked. The building was large and imposing, with a modern design that blended seamlessly with the surrounding architecture. The nameplate on the front of the building was an imposing reminder of the legacy my grandfather had left behind. I could see the pride in my father's eyes as he looked up at the building, and I knew that this moment would stay with him forever.

As we entered the building, I was struck by the level of care and attention that had gone into creating such a wonderful place. The hostel was modern and spacious, with comfortable rooms and all the amenities that a student could need. The common areas were beautifully designed, with a focus on creating a warm and welcoming environment for the students who lived there. It was clear that the University had taken great care in ensuring that this building was not just a place to stay, but a home away from home for its students.

As we walked around the building, my father told me stories about my grandfather's life and his dedication to the cause of freedom. He spoke about how my grandfather had fought tirelessly for the rights of his people, and how he had worked to build a better future for the generations that would come after him. I could see how much it meant to my father to be able to share these stories with me, and to know that his father's memory would live on through this building.

As we left the Shaheed Doctor Zikrul Haque Hall, I could feel a sense of pride and gratitude welling up inside me. It was incredible to think that my grandfather's legacy would continue to inspire and motivate the students who lived in this building. The fact that the University had recognized his contributions and named the hostel after him was a powerful reminder of the importance of honoring those who had come before us.

Looking back on that visit, I realize that it was a turning point in my relationship with my father. We had always been close, but this experience brought us even closer together. It gave me a deeper appreciation for my grandfather's life and legacy, and a greater understanding of the sacrifices that he and others had made for our freedom. It also reminded me of the importance of education and how it can be a powerful tool for change.

As I think about the future, I am filled with hope and optimism. The students who live in the Shaheed Doctor Zikrul Haque Hall will go on to do great things, just like my grandfather did. They will carry on his legacy and build a better world for all of us. And in doing so, they will honor
