What's up competitive Gods Unchained players! My team, Infinite Mana (aka [8M]) announced today that we're going to be hosting 2 upcoming tournaments, sponsored by e1337.pro!

SATELLITE EVENT
MIN. PRIZE POOL: 120 GODS (~$500 USD + free entries into the Main Event)
Free to enter! REGISTRATION CLOSES JANUARY 06, 2022 (IN 6 DAYS)
Format: Core, Welcome Set, and Divine Order cards are playable. No Mythic-rarity cards.
This is a very new-player / F2P friendly tournament! Everyone should enter this tournament for fun and a shot at some free money!

MAIN EVENT
MIN. PRIZE POOL: 1250.00 GODS (~$6000 USD)
ENTRY FEE: 4 GODS (~$20 USD)
REGISTRATION BEGINS JANUARY 20, 2022 (IN 20 DAYS)
This is the biggest event thus far in Gods Unchained history! I'm excite to be casting this event!
The format hasn't been set yet, but details will be coming soon! And while it is pay to enter, you can also win a free entry via the Satellite tournament (see above)! Very cool.
This event will bring out ALL the biggest names in Gods Unchained. I cannot wait to see people elevate their level of play for this!

If I wasn't such a chicken I would enter the satellite tournament. I just do not think I currently have what it takes to be a tournament player. Great to see you and your team doing big things. I have set a goal for myself to enter at least two tournaments in 2022.
That's awesome! Definitely consider entering, even if you lose, you still won from gaining tournament experience. No one is going to win their first ever tournament, the practice definitely helps!
Yea I really have no clue why I am so reluctant. I used to enter Magic The Gathering tournaments all the time. I guess it just comes down to me not being completely happy with my deck. And needing to have more then one deck. All in due time. Just grind till then.
Cool I probably don't stand too much of a chance, but should be a fun event to check out.

So.. the satellite tournament looks like it filled up with players whose skill level says they should def be in the main tournament. I'll have to catch the next one! If people like the professor and fakemews are taking spots in the f2p satellite, I'd hate to see the main roster
