A week of small tasks

Good Morning world! Its another day full of purpose and promise and potential.

There is a lot to do, but its been a really good week. With the internet out and my laptop video card starting to go, I kept the computer turned off this week and got out of the house to chase down my dreams.

One thing I did is rotate the tires on the Nissan Patrol. Its the first time I've done it, so its probably overdue, but I have been so impressed by these tires. I hooe they last another few years because they aren't cheap, as I confirmed in the shop.

And much of what I do includes help from this guy.

My dad will like this one, since the door keeps popping open I'm sure he'll get a laugh.

We found some friends and played a few rounds of chess, and I have to say I am quite rusty in the game of kings, I might need to get back into practice if I want to stay competetive around these savvy folk.

Whitey is getting big, and I made him a wooden platform out of scrap, but I'm not quite sure he 'gets it', although he always seems grateful that may be just for my attention.

Now I'm off today to get more things done and hopefully take many more pictures. There is no limit to what I can do as long as I shut off the computer once in a while!
