I recently bought paintings to practice. Although the delivery was a complete headache, I did not let my desire fade.

Hace poco compré pinturas para practicar. Aunque la entrega fue un completo dolor de cabeza, no dejé que mis ganas se apagaran.

The experience was chaos. I decided to make a major purchase in one of the most recognized art stores in the city. The result was totally disappointing: the delivery was late, they sent me products of inferior quality to those that I had ordered, one of these products arrived dry, and they did not send me one of the brushes. It should be said that I had already paid the total cost of the products. After my complaint with the manager, I received the next day the replacement of the set of paints that I had bought, this time the set had more gouache tubes (I suppose to compensate for the damage) and still some were dry. I received a brush that was not the size I had requested.

La experiencia fue todo un caos. Decidí hacer una comprar importante en una de las tiendas más reconocidas de la ciudad en materia de arte. El resultado fue totalmente decepcionante: la entrega fue tardía, me enviaron productos de calidad inferior a los que había pedido, uno de estos productos llegó seco, y no me enviaron uno de los productos. Cabe destacar que ya había cancelado el total del costo de los productos. Ante mi queja con el encargado, recibí al día siguiente la sustitución del set de pinturas que había comprado, esta vez el set tenía más tubos de gouache (supongo que para resarcir el daño) y aun así algunas estaban secas. Recibí un pincel que no era de la medida que había solicitado.

I gave up, and let my dissatisfaction pass while the paints were in my drawer. Today I decided to test my rusty skills with traditional art and did this 15 minute practice. Although there are many things that I would correct, I feel quite satisfied with the result. I felt that I had to show it to you.

Me di por vencida y dejé pasar mi insatisfacción mientras las pinturas yacían en mi cajón. Hoy decidí probar mis habilidades oxidadas con el arte tradicional e hice esta práctica de 15 minutos. Aunque hay muchas cosas que corregiría, estoy bastante satisfecha con el resultado. No podía esperar para mostrarles.
