Music can change the mood

I don't listen to a lot of music but I try to listen to music when I feel bad and I don't have much energy at work. Because when I'm in a bad mood, after listening to music, my mind slowly starts to get better and after a while the mood changes completely. Honestly it has happened to me many times and since then till now I listen to music when I am upset.

Does the song really have any effect on changing our mindset, what song really can change our mood. So if we are in a bad mood, should we listen to music regularly? Surely some questions like this may come up?

I see things a little differently because I myself don't listen to a lot of songs and I don't like songs very much. I know why I don't like listening to music very much. However, one person advised me to listen to music if the mood is very bad and the mood changes at least a little bit. So I listen to music from time to time to test the subject and feel a little better.

Now the point is how much it will react to you or how effective it will be is entirely up to you. Just as many people like a thing, many people do not like it. The main thing is hidden here. Values and attitudes can change for many reasons, we have to find out first.

I listen to so damn much music. It really helps my state of mind in times. After a rough day of work sitting down on the bus with my noice cancelling headset and some great tunes can be really therapeutic. Even if I'm listening to black metal or something.
