Many of you may recognize this piece. The written version was originally posted on September 4th along with the visual art. This video is meant to supplement the piece by reciting it and then briefly exploring some of the lines. I know many people enjoy video/audio to accompany poetry and have intended to do it more frequently. However, I put a lot of time and effort into creating pieces, and it's simply not always feasible to make a recording at the time of first release. Depending on the reaction these kind of videos get, I may change my strategy and wait to post a piece until I create a video of it. However, I'm not sure that's really ideal. Oftentimes I may have a clearer understanding of the contextual value of a piece a while after first publishing it. The same is perhaps true for a reader who may benefit by previous exposure to the words before revisiting it. Thus, I hope you will excuse the fact that I am posting "Hyperanimated waste" again, this time augmented.

Also note that my approach to video at present is going to be very minimalistic. Once I upgrade my computer in a few weeks, I'll look into adding more of the text into these videos, perhaps. However, video editing is also something that can be extremely tedious. Eventually, I hope to have a collective of creative people that can work on different parts of things and delegate more of the tasks to others so I can get more done. It's all a process though, and I'm doing my best to just enjoy the moment despite the challenges this year has brought. Without further ado, I'll drop the embedded video link below.
