I think I got him addicted
My wife hurt her ankle a couple days ago, so she isn't going to be able to OneWheel for a while. But that didn't stop our son from asking if he could go out on a ride with me. He has gotten on my XR a few times and rode it around the neighborhood for a few minutes at a time, but he got on the Pint and took off and rode like he was a pro.
He has a very strong skateboarding background and has gone snowboarding the past couple winters here. This picture was taken a few years ago when he first started snowboarding. Now he is looking at either getting a boosted board or getting his own OneWheel. Too bad our daughter isn't into riding, or I would just get them both Pints.
Bath Time
I can't even remember the last time we gave both our dogs baths. It is such a chore to bath them in the house and it usually ends up clogging the bath tub drain because Titus' hair is so long and he sheds like crazy. Well, I am in luck now because a pet washing building opened up near one of the car washes by my house.
So now I can just go there and clog up their drains. Titus wasn't the most excited about getting a wash, because he thought we were going on a walk.
Harley loved his bath and really liked the blow dryer.
Titus didn't like the blow dryer as much, but preferred to just shake himself dry and get water on everything. He turned into a huge fluffball from the blow dryer though.
Faith got wet from Titus shaking himself dry, so she needed to use the blowdryer as well.
At the end of his bath, Titus still got to go on his walk. He was still was too wet to get back into the car. One of these days, I am gonna have to try and take him on a walk while OneWheeling. Then he might actually get tired out from going on a walk. I just don't want him to try and pull me while riding on it cause I would most likely go flying off of it.
My XR is charging up again and I am about to go out on another ride. I hope you all have had a great week so far. Stay awesome!
You need to find a place for Titus to dig. Sam is a squirrel digging machine so I walk a mile and a half and he's all tuckered out. Everybody is happy.
He was a digger when he was younger. I don't want to go through that phase again. lol
Sam dug one hole in the yard. I explained that was anti-social behavior and he quit. But out on the desert he digs for ground squirrels like crazy. Once in a while he'll dig to a position where his body is underground level :)
Ha i had a dog named sam as a kid that would steal your socks and then dig holes in the backyard and drop them in there. He wouldn't bury them just collect them. None of us could figure out why. Eventually he graduated to swallowing the docks whole. Which was not a good thing. We'd find out about him doing that when we pooper scooped. Whole socks man. Pretty gross
But did they ever get stuck when he was pooping and you had to pull them out?
Nope he passed them straight through without any problems. Was the darndest thing
