¿Está mal tomarse una 'pausa' de todo? [ESP/ENG]

Bienvenidos a mi blog y a mi nueva publicación

Somos humanos, no máquinas.

English Post

How many times did we not want to stop the world so that it would wait for us in the moments when we did not feel 'ready'? Is it wrong to want to take 'a breath' or 'a break' from everything?

Welcome to my blog and to my new post

Life is a rollercoaster

We start from 0. We go up, down, up, down.. that's what it's all about; since, no matter how much we want.. nothing can be perfect. Repeatedly, it's not even that 'go up-down' or 'go down-up', it also feels a lot like that 'go down-down' and that's when it triggers that domino effect.

We fall, we try to get up and they throw us again. Between stronger and stronger blows, until we reach an irremediable bottom where we believe that it is impossible to be worse.

« Anything that can go wrong will go wrong » - Murphy's Law

And it is yes. We have all hit rock bottom. Some in worse ways. And it is that even knowing that we could be worse, our situation simply blinds us of any positive thought and that is where a great and necessary response arrives.

That response, which we sometimes refuse to hear ourselves, is in a location close enough to be easily visible.

It is necessary to deepen this response through listening to your loved ones, draining frustrations, distracting ourselves and shaping emotions in order to find clarity. This one, which is found through serenity and stability, is completely removed from us when we hit rock bottom and that is why it is so difficult to find.

The pause - Time - Rest - Respite

We are humans, not machines. We can lead a fairly hectic life and rhythm, but the rhythm of life is something that is forged over time and we feel strong based on the experience of knowing each other. And yet.. we can have falls.

Even the best in the world at something have failed a lot and have gone through irregular seasons in their lives to the point of needing help, advice or just someone who listens to their losses and the fear they feel that they may not be what they want to be..

It is not bad to get away from certain things in order to restore that peace that we need. The solutions are in us, seeking to be discovered as if it were a riddle; but these will not come out if our mind and soul feel blocked.

We are the most important person in the world: you. At the end of the day, he is the person with whom you will surely share the rest of your days, why ignore our feelings?

Listen to yourself and understand yourself. Stop for a few minutes, a few hours, a few days, a few weeks and even months if you can afford it and dedicate yourself to analyzing what keeps you away from what you want to achieve or keeps you on pause and accept it.

We accept that it is part of us and we begin to understand that it is important to feel at peace in order to act in the face of how hard life is and how unforeseen it tends to be, but that life is much harder if we are not able to accept our process .

It is a step. A necessary step. And sure enough, is not bad to take a break from everything from time to time.

Hey @heberwords! This was a nice publication. I definitely agree about pause and resetting. I am at my best when I take some time away to refresh.

I use this in RL and in blog life. I’m with my children (I have 5 😁) non-stop every single day. If I don’t get away to recap and have some quiet time I’m not sure how long I’d last lol.

Some really great advice shared here ~

Thank you for citing the sources of the photos. 👌🏽

Hey @crosheille! I'm very grateful seeing your comment. I am very pleased to know that what I mention is applicable to everyone's life and how healthy it is to continue living a very hectic life.

Thanks for taking a look at my blog! Greetings!
