NFT Mania - Bought my 2nd NFT!

I bought my 2nd ever NFT this morning!

The piece is by DJ/Producer ILLENIUM and is titled Without You. The release of the drop happened last week Friday evening. ILLENIUM is one of my sister's favourite DJ's and I was sitting with her and she was waiting for the drop to happen to buy one of his NFT's.

I became keen to buy one too as he is a pretty big name DJ and his career is growing, so I thought it would be a good investment as my thoughts are it will increase in price in the next few weeks.

There wasn't much time left until the drop, I think about 10 minutes left and so in a hurry I tried to deposit Ethereum into my wallet in order for me to buy the NFT. I didn't make the drop in time and was so disappointed thinking I had missed out.

However, I have been following the secondary sales market of the NFT's from the collection he dropped and I saw that someone had listed one for sale at a massive discount. The original drop price was $300 and someone had just listed it at $210!

So I ended up getting lucky that I didn't make the drop in time as I now instead was able to get the same NFT at a massive discount.
