The component of the hive blockchain that I feel distinguishes it from other other blockchain platforms is its community empowerment initiatives, which assist to better people's lives. It is immensely admirable of hives' efforts to empower individuals, particularly in Ghana and across Africa. In doing so, I want to appeal to everyone and anybody who has a strong desire to help women in making their society better. Let me commend all of the women on the blockchain who are working hard for a better family and the advancement of the hive blockchain.
I firmly believe in everyone's aspirations, including those of women and young girls in our society. They work very hard to improve their lives and the lives of others who look up to them. This is the scenario I am in here in Ghana. It's simply about how hard women work to achieve their goals. Most of these diligent women are not laboring to fulfill their own needs, but to meet the needs of those who are most important to them. Caring for their newborns and ensuring that there is enough food for everyone in their family. With this, I would want to draw everyone's attention to the need to assist women who have been victims of such atrocities.
Alice, a young farmer
Why am I so concerned with ensuring that women get the attention they deserve from society? Please take a good look at a situation I discovered this weekend in Ghana, Africa. I met this woman who works really hard to earn a living from her agricultural activities. Alice is the owner of this large farm. It was wonderful to learn that she is married to a teacher and has three children. She believes that people have a poor perception of farming and that she would live to show to others that farming deserves similar attention as teaching and other occupations. She needed to earn enough money to buy agricultural equipment and start producing crops not only for the family but also to generate some money.
When I spoke with her, I discovered that she had a deep interest in farming. It is through the crops she plants that she feeds her family and provides financial assistance to the family. Her main problem is a lack of agriculture equipment and supplies, such as fertilizer. External assistance, in her opinion, would help make things much better in terms of accomplishing more. With the necessary assistance in acquiring the necessary supplies and equipment for her agricultural job, she would be able to double her production in growing more to harvest more, so improving lives. She does, however, urge many young females to try farming, particularly when there are no employment available.
Many people here in Africa, particularly Ghana, think or perceive farming to be a traditional and archaic vocation reserved for illiterates. As a result, most educated young people do not assist their parents' efforts to generate funds via agriculture. We have numerous other serious and successful agricultural women that I would want to consider and aid in making such a wonderful choice using the hive blockchain. Today, many young people are inspired by this young lady to work harder and make a solid investment in the agricultural sector. With the support of the hive blockchain in agricultural operations in Ghana, women would be able to accomplish so much more to enhance their lives and society.

Farming is no doubt underrated in many African countries and that even include my country, Nigeria.
Too bad that those who believe in themselves and what they can do, they don't have the facilities or aids to get to where they plan to be.
But I believe the Hive block chain can go a long way in making a change with that. Farming isn't for just the illiterates, the educated can even bring in more amazing ideas to make farming super cool.
The aids just needs to be provided especially to the women.
