TL;DR
The @lmac account will start curating entries to the LMAC contest. The @lmac vote will be followed by a scaled 200k+ HP vote with an intentional delay of 5 minutes to provide the entire trail with a boost on curation rewards.
The 'Let's Make a Collage' contest - in short the LMAC - is about to enter its 37th round.
Started as a niche offering, the LMAC has meanwhile attracted a dedicated community with more than 130 subscribers and counting. The past rounds were regularly joined by 30-40 participants who enjoy making collages and competing with their creations in a friendly competition.
In our growing community of LMACians all skill-levels are represented. We have enthusiastic hobbyists, whose ideas and creativity never fail to amaze, as well as some highly skilled professionals who contribute impressive collage art.
To provide further support for all contributions made to the LMAC community, the @lmac account has been registered as a curation trail at hive.vote and will from now on curate submissions to the LMAC.
All Hivers and Art-lovers who wish to support original collage art on Hive but don't have the time to curate for themselves can now follow the @lmac vote easily:

The rules by which the @lmac account curates are short and simple:
- Only rule-compliant original contributions that are posted to the LMAC community will be voted on.
- The @lmac account will never be used to pull the trail on the posts of the community owner nor on posts outside of the LMAC community.

This is great news and having a curation trail is one step further in this amazing engaging project.
What I also recommend (if not already and maybe I don't know) would be to have also a dedicated Discord channel for the community!
I'm somewhat hesitant to already start a Discord server. My priority is to attract attention and engagement on Hive and not so much to a third party server. Discord is already quite a sink for attention and thus value. At somepoint it may make sense for administrative and organizational purposes though. Let's see.

Yeap, have joined the trail on Hive-Vote and even if at the moment my contribution is insignificant in time while my account will grow it will matter more.

I would like to take the opportunity to raise the following with the LMAC community:
Many artists here participate with different criteria and techniques. It is very difficult to choose between diversity.
I think that there may be 1 guest judge who will select about 10 works, and then those collages will be put to a public vote as is being done.

Thank you for this suggestion. In fact, I was already thinking in that direction. The recent poll's have become somewhat overwhelming and we need to figure out a way to have this a bit more focused while remaining as inclusive as possible. I like the idea with the guest judge. Would you volunteer to take this role in one of the next rounds?
Wow... I didn't expect this proposal for me but I would accept it (You must tell me in time not to participate in that round).
@georgeboya is a collage artist. He can be an excellent pre-selection judge!
@muelli, @agmoore, @yanes94 have experience in collage and I suggest them as pre-selection judges

How's everybody? I really did not know anything about this project or community in favor of collage, I am happy with the initiative and I hope that many artists will join. Thank you @marcybetancourt for taking me into account, but really right now I don't have much time for almost nothing, so it would be very irresponsible for me to accept and then not be able to fulfill them... maybe on another occasion that I don't have a thousand things on my mind, but I am flattered that you have considered me for your proposal.
