Hello beautiful readers, it is the beginning of a great and lovely week and I hope for the best this new week not just for myself but for you as well. in my last publication, I told you about some of the business mistakes that I have made and how I planned to correct them, one of the very huge mistake I made was to give out some items on credit to customers which was not a good option for growth but then I learnt that I had to put a stop to it as fast as I can.
I sent a broadcast message to some group of customers who were already used to coming around to get some items without paying, providing them with a detailed explanation on the reason why I will no longer be able to sell any item to them on credit. Some of them understood and complimented my decision while some were just indifferent about it, it was also very funny to realize that some of them were upset about the fact that I did not take them special enough to sell to them on credit.
Those who were indifferent about it came with the same approach the following day and I politely told them that it will be highly impossible to give them the items without receiving payments immediately, one of them claimed that he is a special customer and he should be treated with special reference and of course I simply told him about how special each of my customers are. With money coming into the business at the appropriate time, one would be able to do what is appropriate with the money and in turn the business will grow and appropriate profit will be earned.
I took a glance at some of the activities that surrounds my physical business recently and I realized that I have been able to pay back the loans I took either before the fixed date or at the said date without any problems and this is because I have not been feeding from the profit made from the business, I have pumped in every money made from the business back into the business without touching a penny from it.
I learn every day and I am glad for the other opportunities I have to earn making it possible for m1. e to live comfortably without touching the returns made from the business, I am also looking for a way to grow and I hope that soonest I will be able to expand my physical base.
