Alcoholism to Fitness - Progress report #2

Hello Exhaust community!

It's been 3 months since I posted my first progress report. At the beginning I wanted to do a monthly reports but losing weight is not a sprint and posting every month might not be so spectacular. In those last three months I worked hard to be able to show you differences in my physique. If you want to look at my previous posts from the "Alcoholism to Fitness" series, down below you have the links to them! Now let's actually jump to talking about the last 3 months.

First Post (Starting point 90kg)
Second Post (6 weeks later 85kg)

Diet changes

I'm still eating 1000 calories, no carbs (maybe a little bit from vegetables), just protein and fat. I don't need to cut down calories or do any changes because I still lose weight eating what I eat. I'll upload a photo of my meal. I'm eating the same meal 3 times daily. Its 170g of chicken, 10g of almonds and pickled cucumber. The only small change was replacing broccoli with pickled cucumber, just because I got bored of broccoli's. Don't worry I'll never get bored of chicken. I love chicken haha 😂 Also I had one "cheatday" where I ate fastfoods and drink beer. It was on my birthday. I'm surprised because I was able to stop after this day and go back to diet/trainings. "Old me" would probably extend birthday to weeks and ruin all progress but my mental got stronger. Alcohol and fastfoods no longer control my life. I'm so proud of myself.

Training

Not much to say. Still training at home, doing FBW training. I just increased trainings from 3 per week to 4 per week.

Weight Loss

I started the whole journey at 90kg 107cm waist,
then in my first report post I dumped my weight to 85 kg 100 cm waist
and now I'm at 72kg 88cm waist.

So its overall:

Weight 90kg -> 72kg
Waist 107cm - 88cm

However... Its still not enough. I'm still not happy with how I look. I thought getting to 70 will be enough to atleast see my ABS, but its not the case. Probably I'll need to go down to 60-65kg. We will see. I'l keep losing weight until I see my abdominal muscles.

Supplements

No changes. Just vitamin d3, vitamin C, omega3, multivamins in the morning, melatonin and ashwaghanda for sleep. Also using the fat burner from the link down below.

You sure are disciplined with the diet.. thats one thing I never really mastered. You already look good, so don't worry about the abs so much.. :P

I wasn't like that before, but there is allways time for changes.

Thanks! I still can't see my ABS but atleast when I'm standing I can see my dick now XD I hope nothing happens and I'll be able to show better results in a couple months.
