It's ok don't worry, during the first weeks you don't have much resources and you need to wait until to be able to upvote others. If you have low resources your first priority is posting, later if you want to answer comments it's ok but if you can't more don't worry, people should understand.

Well of you want to publish something and no enough resources let me know, I could delegate (it's like a borrow) some HP for that. And please, patience specially at the beginning 🙏🤗

Hola!!! Cuánto tiempo, sí puede ser pero es que las publicaciones de más de 7 días de antigüedad no se pueden votar. Prueba con otra más reciente, y el empezar aquí cuesta la verdad, mucha paciencia, a veces va mejor, pero tras un tiempo, tienes que ir mirando los recursos, y poco a poco...
