This two-building complex, with the name World Trade Center Valencia, is located specifically in the municipality of Naguanagua in the state of Carabobo - Venezuela, part of what would become Greater Valencia. And it is named by the locals of the area as the twin towers of Valencia, although not for its height or resemblance, but for the fact of being two towers very close to each other.
It is some of the most modern architectural designs in the city, along with other buildings of great relevance, which have contributed with that characteristic of modernity in the constructions. It is one of the most important designs in Venezuela, not because of its great size, but because of the good planning and design of its structures.
Este complejo constituidos por dos edificios, con el nombre de World Trade Center Valencia, se ubica específicamente en el munucipio Naguanagua del estado Carabobo - Venezuela, parte de lo que sería la Gran Valencia. Y es nombrado por los locales de la zona como las torres gemelas de Valencia, aunque no por su altura ni parecido, sino por el hecho de ser dos torres muy cercanas.
Es algunos de los diseños arquitectónicos más modernos de la ciudad, junto con otras edificaciones de mucha relevancia, que han aportado con esa característica de la modernidad en las construcciones. Que dentro de todo forma parte incluso de los diseños más importantes de Venezuela, no por su gran envergadura, sino por sobre todo la buena planificación y diseño de sus estructuras.
As previously mentioned, this building is made up of two continuous buildings, connected by a bridge for access between the two buildings. One structure functions as a business, financial and service tower, with a total of 18 floors, and on the other hand the other structure is what would be the 5 star Hesperia hotel as part of the Hesperia Rio hotel network, also with 20 floors, and has a casino, swimming pool, restaurants and shops.
It has become one of the most luxurious hotels in the city, where it has hosted many nationally and internationally renowned artists and sportsmen, and has also been a point for the organization of several important events of music, fashion, culinary fairs and other events.
Como había dicho anteriormente esta edificación esta constituido por dos edificios continuos, conectados por un puente para el acceso entre los dos edificios. Una estructura funciona como torre empresarial, financiero y de servicios, con total de 18 pisos, y por otra parte la otra estrutucta se encuentra lo que sería el hotel 5 estrellas Hesperia como parte de la red hotelera Hesperia Rio, también con 20 pisos, y cuenta con casino, piscina, restaurantes y locales comerciales.
Convirtiéndose en unos de los hoteles más lujosos de la ciudad, donde ha albergado ha muchos artistas y deportistas reconocidos en el ámbito nacional e internacional, como también ha sido un punto para la organización de varios eventos importantes de música, moda, ferias culinarias y entre otros eventos.
The World Trade Center Valencia, as a project, was approved on 19 March 2006 by the World Association of World Trade Centers, the same association that has several buildings throughout Latin America and the United States. This approval was given in Paris - France, in order to develop its construction in the same year 2006. It was inaugurated on 20 October 2009, opening its spaces for the financial and commercial entities of Valencia.
The construction company in charge of the construction was HMR, under the command of the engineer Juan Antonio García, and designed by the architects Miguel Ángel García, Jon Mikel García and Paul Ander García, as a fundamental part for the elaboration of the plans and study of the area, to raise such an emblematic construction of the city.
El World Trade Center Valencia, como proyecto fue aprobado el 19 de marzo de 2006 por la asociación mundial de World Trade Centers, misma asociación que tiene por haber varios edificios por toda Latinoamerica y Estados Unidos. Dicha aprobación se gestó en París - Francia, para así desarrollar su construcción en ese mismo año 2006. Hasta que se inauguró el 20 de octubre de 2009, abriendo así sus espacios para las entidades financieras y comerciales de Valencia.
La constructora encargada de la construcción fue HMR, bajo el mando del ingeniero Juan Antonio García, y deseñado por los arquitectos Miguel Ángel García, Jon Mikel García y Paul Ander García, como parte fundametal para la elaboración de los planos y estudio de la zona, para levantar tal construcción emblemática de la ciudad.
It has a good location and access, as it is just a few metres from the main Valencia motorway, which in turn provides quick access to the airport and bus terminal. As well as from a large part of the city, you can see the large sign of the building, which serves as a reference to be able to locate the buildings, and in its surroundings there are a large number of shopping centres and the proximity of Bolivar Avenue, the main avenue of the city of Valencia, where there are many shops and business institutions.
Besides being in a strategic point of the city, it has a lot of space and wide streets and avenues, so as not to pass through congested traffic routes, where there can be many traffic jams during difficult access times. It is undoubtedly an eye-catching and modern building in the city, perhaps one of the few that has only been built for a short time, along with other equally modern and imposing structures.
Cuenta con una buena ubicación y acceso, ya que en apenas unos metros se conecta con la autopista principal de Valencia, que a su vez se puede acceder con rapidez al aeropuerto y terminal de buses. Como también desde gran parte de la ciudad, se puede ver el gran letrero del edificio, que sirve como referencia para poder ubicar los edificios, y en sus alrededores hay una gran cantidad de centro comerciales y la cercanía de la avenida Bolívar, principal avenida de la ciudad de Valencia, donde hay muchos comercios e instituciones empresariales.
Además de estar en un punto estratégico de la ciudad, cuenta con mucho espacio y de amplias calles y avenidas, para así no pasar por congestionados vías de tránsito, donde puede haber muchas trancas durante horarios de difícil acceso. Es sin duda una construcción llamativa y moderna de la ciudad, quizás de las pocas que tiene poco tiempo de construcción junto con otras estructuras ee igual de modernas e imponentes.

It certainly dominates the skyline there with it's bold, no nonsense design, straight lines and stripes.
It's also definitely a bonus to have it operating as a multipurpose building as that will only add to the success and longevity of the venue too.
