The Big Guy and I were driving somewhere between Ohio and Washington State some years ago, and I nearly caused him to crash our truck when I exclaimed "THEY LANDED!"
After some laughter and finding a way to pull over -- I took this picture (it's the one I'd like to enter into the contest):
Honestly, I don't remember "where" we were, but it was a moment, for sure. I think The Big Guy took the picture below with his zoom lens.
I've been "shadow hunting" for years, and when I was taking these pictures a few days ago, Peter (AKA: The Big Guy) said, "They have a community for that on HIVE, yanno?"
Well, now I do!
I wander around the house all the time taking videos and pictures of the shadows. I even have a book about shadow puppets and my go-to with clients (when they're having a difficult time with grasping how someone is feeling) is to bring up Plato's Cave as an analogy for certain situations.
I think I'll love this place here at HIVE so very much. You're my people.
