I thought that by living on a farm I would have many shadow photos to show, but I was wrong, it was difficult for me to get my day to day in shadows. But the great advantage is that I live in a quite sunny place and with children in the house, so I looked for and got these:
None of my ducklings like the sun, so they are always near the water pond and if they are not inside they are around taking the shade provided by the trees.
Children always leave their tricycles outside and when I went to pick them up to put them away, I saw this nice shade that they made with the sun. The bad thing is that they were hot from the burning sun, I kept them so they wouldn't burn.
These three farm dogs are taking a nap. Whoever comes close to a good tree, is sheltered by a good shade. And it is that they seem to know the saying very well because they are most placid asleep.
My granddaughter's bicycle, this time he left her standing in front of the house, he always leaves her lying down. A nice shadow that I got here.
The times that we have had to arrive at the town at noon, we always see people sheltering themselves from the shade that small businesses give, it is that although it is cold, it never stops being sunny. It is for these two reasons that people wear hats and ruanas.
And finally, the shadow of Ramón, my goat. Ramón is a very tender goat.

Los niños siempre dejan sus triciclos afuera y cuando fui a recogerlos para guardárselos vi esta linda sombra que hacían con el sol. Lo malo es que estaban calientes por el ardiente sol, se los guardé para que no se quemaran.
Estos tres perritos de la granja están descansando la siesta. Al que a buen árbol se arrima, buena sombra lo cobija. Y es que ellos parecen conocer muy bien el refrán porque están de lo más plácidos durmiendo.
La bicicleta de mi nieta, esta vez la dejó parada frente a la casa, siempre la deja acostada. Una linda sombra la que conseguí aquí.
Las veces que nos ha tocado llegar al pueblo al medio día siempre vemos a las personas acobijándose de la sombra que dan los pequeños negocios, es que aunque hay frío, nunca deja de haber sol. Es por esos dos motivos que la gente usa sombreros y ruanas.
Y por último, la sombra de Ramón, mi chivo. Ramón es un chivo muy tierno.

Con este concurso también aprendí que conseguir sombras no es tan fácil como parece, hay que estar muy atentos, la foto de los perritos bajo la sombra del árbol derritió mi corazón, y aparte Ramón también sale muy lindo.
