We're currently in the midst of our search for two moderators for Hive Book Club !
We are currently looking for two position for moderating Hive Book Club community.
Below is a non-exhaustive list of the qualities that we are seeking for the position:
-The ability to drive more engagement in the community
-Possession of a passion for reading and books
-Being well-read within a particular field or across multiple fields of interest
-Able to speak and write in spanish is preferred.
-Has an aptitude with using the program hackmd
-Is able to demonstrate their commitment to hive book club
-Has plenty of spare time to contribute to hive book club and other related projects.
-The ability to detect plagiarism and abuse.
-Trustworthy

So here is my official application to be a moderator to the hive book club community.
When it comes to more engagement, I believe the number one way of achieving this is being engaged ourselves. I Believe i can handle this. Devising various strategies to up community engagement is something I'm capable of.
I have an unquestionable passion for reading of books, and the collection of it.
Book lovers are trustworthy as I am.
I am unfamiliar with hackmd, but that I am willing to learn.

Yes, this is also for English language. Even if you can't speak Spanish, you're very welcome to apply! We need one moderator that knows Spanish to check plagiarism and monitor the activity and another that is fluent in English.
