  Carlos Saúl Rodríguez is a fellow university professor with an outstanding academic career, his life is mainly focused on the area of business organization and administrative motivation, in which he has focused most of his extensive curriculum obtaining degrees and awards from universities in France and the United States, in addition to the best universities in Venezuela. Among his most outstanding achievements, as a motivational coach, is the advice he gave to the Venezuelan national soccer team in one of its best periods of success.

  Fortunately, I had the opportunity to meet this magnificent writer and professor when we shared spaces at Simon Bolivar University where I graduated, there I received many teachings that have forged me as a broad-minded professional, with a modern vision of organizational structure and how to manage a company that today I transmit to my students in the classroom, I am deeply grateful to the author for having given me this autographed copy of the unique book Nada que Perder Me decía Consuelo, of which I will present this review today.

  To begin to tell you about this book, the first thing you should know is that its author is an extremely humble and simple person with great humor, which is widely reflected in his way of writing, making it very friendly to advance in the lines of his descriptions with graphic examples so real that it is practically impossible not to feel identified on several occasions with something similar, remembering your own life as a child, here you will also learn to bring to the present what you learned at that time using it as a tool for decision-making.

  This book in particular, we could consider as a kind of tribute to his late mother named Consuelo, who throughout her life was his main guide in the formation of this academic, teaching him unconsciously many things that today, some professionals in the business world could pay millions to know and apply to their companies.

  Here we can find the center or heart that drives the message of this book, in which you can learn to bring to modern times using techniques of the ascription of content, managerial knowledge, and tactics for decision-making that, surely, you also assimilated from your parents in their time, but that was simply hidden in your memory just waiting to emerge at the right time.

  With this folkloric form of communication in simple and colloquial language, Carlos Saúl Rodríguez tells us personal anecdotes, some of them quite hard, with which he learned important lessons in the past and shows us several very useful techniques to apply in the jargon of the modern business world, where it is certainly much better to rely on human knowledge and emotions than on the rigid mathematical structure for the understanding of problems and their immediate solutions.

  Although the book is quite focused on the organizational structure of companies, the production of money, and the psychological balance of the individual responsible for the actions, in addition to visualizing how a professional can take advantage of the mistakes that anyone can make, always bearing in mind that they are part of the human condition and that the influential thing is to learn to handle them and thus achieve a lesson, its message is also applicable to the normal life of any person, from a housewife to the most successful athlete as the author effectively demonstrates.

  I like the grammatical structure he uses to convey the content, teaching as if you were located in a classroom, but without overwhelming you with dense concepts, on the contrary, his experiences allow you to discover in an easy, comfortable, and fast way, organizational application techniques that otherwise, would be a complication quite difficult to assimilate.

  For those of us who know the author's expression when speaking, we can almost feel in these lines written in the book his pleasant and humorous tone with that traditional intonation, similar to a soft chant, so characteristic of the people from the merideño wasteland of Venezuela.

  Finally, I can only recommend this book published by Todo Actitud, which is the second of a trilogy of magnificent academic texts, from which you can get a lot of benefits, with entertaining readings to enjoy in your afternoons of leisure.

Los eventos relatados formaron en la mente del pequeño de forma inconsciente, una serie de saberes y experiencias que luego en su etapa adulta como profesional de la estructura de las organizaciones y el comportamiento humano, utiliza en el mundo moderno comercial para llevar a cabo el proceso de coach, lo cual es una metodología muy amena de transmitir conocimientos que disfrutarás de principio a fin sin poder soltar el libro.

  Carlos Saúl Rodríguez es un colega profesor universitario con destacada trayectoria académica, su vida está enfocada principalmente al área de la organización empresarial y motivacional administrativa, en la cual ha centrado la mayor parte de su extenso currículum obteniendo títulos y reconocimientos de universidades de Francia y Estados Unidos, además de las mejores universidades de Venezuela. Entre sus logros más resaltantes como coach motivacional, está la asesoría que brindó a la selección de fútbol venezolana en una de sus mejores épocas de éxito.

  Afortunadamente, yo tuve la oportunidad de conocer a este magnífico escritor y profesor cuando compartimos espacios en la Universidad Simón Bolívar de donde soy egresado, allí recibí muchísimas enseñanzas que me han forjado como un profesional de mente amplia, con una visión moderna de la estructura organizacional y forma de gerenciar una empresa que hoy en día transmito a mis alumnos en las aulas, agradezco profundamente al autor por haberme obsequiado este ejemplar autografiado del inigualable libro Nada que Perder Me decía Consuelo, del cual presentaré esta reseña el día de hoy.

  Para empezar a comentarles sobre este libro, lo primero que deben conocer es que su autor es una persona sumamente humilde y sencilla con un gran humor, lo que se refleja ampliamente en su manera de escribir haciendo muy amigable avanzar en las líneas de sus descripciones con ejemplos gráficos tan reales que es prácticamente imposible no sentirte identificado en varias ocasiones con algo parecido, rememorando tu propia vida cuando niño, aquí también aprenderás a traer al presente lo que aprendiste en ese momento usándolo como herramienta para la toma de decisiones.

  Este libro en particular, pudiéramos considerarlo como una especie de tributo a su fallecida madre llamada Consuelo, quien a lo largo de su vida fue su principal guía en la formación de este académico, enseñándole de manera inconsciente muchas cosas, que hoy en día, algunos profesionales del mundo empresarial pudieran pagar millones por conocer y aplicar a sus empresas.

  Aquí podemos encontrar el centro o corazón que impulsa el mensaje de este libro, en el cual se logra aprender a traer a los tiempos modernos mediante técnicas de adscripción del contenido, conocimientos gerenciales y tácticas para tomas de decisiones que, seguramente también asimilaste de tus padres en su tiempo, pero que sencillamente quedaron escondidas en tu memoria tan solo esperando a emerger en el momento adecuado.

  Con esta forma de comunicación folclórica de lenguaje sencillo y coloquial, Carlos Saúl Rodríguez nos cuenta anécdotas personales, algunas de ellas bastante duras, con las cuales aprendió lecciones importantes en el pasado y nos muestra varias técnicas muy útiles para aplicarlas en el argot del mundo empresarial moderno, donde sin duda vale mucho más apoyarse en el conocimiento humano y las emociones que en la rígida estructura matemática para la comprensión de los problemas y sus soluciones inmediatas.

  Aunque el libro está bastante enfocado en la estructura organizacional de las empresas, la producción del dinero y el equilibrio psicológico del individuo responsable de las acciones, además de visualizar como un profesional puede sacarle provecho a los errores que cualquiera puede cometer, teniendo siempre presente que forman parte de la condición humana y que lo importante es aprender a manejarlos y lograr con ello una enseñanza, también su mensaje es aplicable a la vida normal de cualquier persona, desde un ama de casa hasta el más exitoso deportista como lo demuestra efectivamente el autor.

  Me gusta mucho la estructura gramatical que utiliza para transmitir el contenido, enseñando como si estuvieras ubicado en un aula de clases, pero sin llegar a agobiarte con conceptos densos, por el contrario, sus vivencias te permiten descubrir de manera fácil, cómoda y rápida, técnicas de aplicación organizativa que de otra forma, supondría una complicación bastante difícil de asimilar.

  Para los que conocemos la expresión al hablar del autor, casi podemos sentir en estas líneas escritas en el libro su tono agradable y chistoso con esa tradicional entonación, similar a un canto suave, tan característica de las personas provenientes del páramo merideño de Venezuela.

  Por último, no me queda más que recomendarle ampliamente este libro publicado por editorial Todo Actitud, que es el segundo de una trilogía de magníficos textos académicos, al cual le pueden sacar mucho provecho, con lecturas entretenidas disfrutando en sus tardes de esparcimiento.
