Hello everyone,
So far, I don't understand what ingredients can be used as a substitute for meat for vegan connoisseurs. I found a treasure trove at a ranch market and it made me more knowledgeable about plant-based meats. So a little story, I tried to come to one of the well-known vegan restaurants in my city, then I ordered a Macaroni Bolognese menu at that restaurant. Long short story, I tasted a food that I had never eaten before.

At the Bolognese, I felt an extraordinary sensation, one of which was the vegetable meat which tasted very similar to ham, the taste was really unexpected, that today's food technology is advancing, especially to meet the needs of vegan lovers.

After that, I then found one of the ingredients of the food at the biggest ranch market in my city. One of the best discoveries of the year, even though there are very few of them, they are enough for me. Of the many vegetable meats, I chose vegan bbq, the reason is because I really like bbq seasoning.

I intend to make macaroni Bolognese, similar to the one on the menu at that restaurant. Although a little hesitant for fear of failing in making it, I ventured to try something new. And the results were so unexpected, that I managed to make it and it tasted just like my expectations.

How to make Macaroni Bolognese;

  • Boil 200 grams of macaroni with 1 liter of water that has been given a little vegetable oil or olive oil. Boil until the right doneness, according to your preference. I chose to boil it for 10 minutes so that the texture becomes very soft but still very chewy.
